I did not get the information I wanted. I wanted deed information. Specifically, I want the easement documentation. I paid and did not get what I was expecting.

UPDATE: I was texted and was told immediately they will find this information for me. That is impressive. I will let you know if that happens. If so, wish I could adjust the review.

I would adjust my review to a 4 star just because of the customer service response even if I still don't get my information. Really wish they wouldn't prompt you to give a review right away and try to solve any concerns first. Just a suggestion.

Good information. I had trouble with it accepting VISA cards, finally accepted First National Debit. The house is 10 years old, and the picture still shows it as vacant lot. Does not show 2022 assessment.

I have not seen the title report

Report fails in too many respects - using older comparisons to achieve a high value. I was hoping to use it to compare with my RPR report and Zillow report [I use Zillow only as a comparison and do not count it as the most accurate]. Unfortunately, your values are not consistent.

This was very quick and easy to use. I did not get a title when I bought my home so it was nice to see me listed as the owner. It also showed my current taxes due.

Very easy to find information about your house stored with the county office. It just takes 5 minutes to get it.

I thought it was very interesting, it informed me about everything I needed to know about the particular property I was looking at, especially the surrounding schools that were near-by.

I was looking for tax information on my property. This report gave me that and much more information than I knew was available. Very good value for a $1.00 fee. I will keep this report with my tax and assessment information
