A good first step

I was still determining what to expect from the review. After reviewing the report, the report was worth the money; I have mixed emotions. It covered a lot more than I expected. However, it did not provide me with the URLs resource for further information.

The report was pretty much accurate and it was the most comprehensive and detailed assessment of what I was looking for in the report and what was needed to make the final decision on whether to proceed with my request to have the information taken out to my office and to have it reviewed by my supervisor and then to have the final approval for the hiring process to employ the person who was searched on the request

Good Report

The report on my subject was pretty good. But there are a lot of GRAY areas in this report. My report subject is 72yrs old. No job history at all. Same address except for one. No photos of him at all. According to another site, he was arrested once back in the late '90s, then again around 2000. Reports could include any military service. otherwise good report. Thank You

Easy experience in searching for records and appreciated the outreach for when a few of my searches came up empty. highly recommend, although looks like sometimes reports aren't quite up to date as the person I looked for is now deceased, so perhaps some updating is in order.

False Advertisement

This site's ad is misleading. they wanted $1.00 but charged my card for $23.95. Lucky I used a debit card and my Credit Union messages me when ever there is a new vender. I was able to cancel the $23,95 charge. Beware that it isn't $1.00 USD but 23.95 times $1.00 USD

Fast, current and accurate info

Having had some items expunged from my criminal record, I used the site to check on myself and found the record to be accurate and current. Also, I mistakenly signed up for a membership that I have no real use for. When I contacted customer service they were extremely helpful and professional. They corrected my mistake without any grief whatsoever. This site is highly recommended by me for fast, accurate and current information.

Information lacks anything of actual value

I found the information to be limited in both property and people searches. Also, the search results for people are limited. The person I searched for has lived in many states but the name only came up in the results for the state he lived in 15 years ago. And there was no valuable information about the person other than name and address. Other people search sites has information on the person in every state of residence, and the information is much more detailed and valuable. The property search results were just as disappointing and were also inaccurate. Perhaps this site does not utilize enough search engines?
