New to freeze Drying

I have had my freezer about a month now and really enjoying it. Still have lots to learn and lots of projects to try out.

We have been running our first unit for 3 years and bought a second commercial sized unit this year.
Wish I could post a photo!
After 3 years I took my first unit apart to clean it and was surprised it was still clean as new. Over 40 totes of freeze dried foods through it.

Instructions from Harvest Right are very detailed and easy to follow. We had a few questions to get our freeze dryer going and support was very timely and helpful. Be patient and think through the steps if there are problems at the beginning.

I am so happy with my purchase. As a gardener it is so easy to preserve my harvest and keep fresh flavor. No more rummaging through the deep freeze to grab subpar mush vegetables. I have also started a bonus candy business and am quickly making my money back on the machine purchase.

I absolutely love my freeze dryer! I have dried so many different things And have such security in case of food issues in the future. I currently have eggs in there freeze drying As well as grapes, Apple's, and guacamole.

We got our medium stainless steel freeze dryer in last week and we have done candy so far and are going to start doing fruits and vegetables it has been working great and is a well built machine.

I have the freeze dryer for about six months and love that I am able to preserve food for long term storage for my family. I have had a few problems with the dryer which the company was quick to diagnose and send replacement parts.

The Harvest Right Freeze dryers has saved us hundreds of dollars. We are able to buy food on sale in bulk and freeze dry it for later use. When we rehydrate the food taste like the first day, we bought it. The Freeze dryer is very easy to operate and maintain. We would highly recommend this Freeze dry to anyone. Well worth the money.

We have had our freeze dryer for a couple of months and we love it. Any time I have run into a problem (usually due to operator error) customer service has been amazing and Alex was great in answering all my questions and guided me on how to fix the issue. The machine works great, the customer service is great if you need anything and I would definitely recommend.

This freeze dryer really couldn't be any easier to use. There is a learning curve as far as timing the finish and being available to immediately put the food into mylar bags, but you can make adjustments for that and the bagging process is quick. Foods have tasted amazing while dry and also reconstitute amazingly. I am able to dry foods that work with the severe allergies in our family. There was an issue with the sealer on the second use, but that was immediately taken care of with a quick phone call. This has been running non-stop since we set it up, and I do not see it taking a break any time soon. Definitely a worthwhile investment!

Customer service at Harvest Right is Awesome
We had issues with our right away, freezer wouldn't work. Called customer service at Harvest Right explained what was going on. They had us perform a test and it failed. They then sent us a return kit. We shipped it back and the day they got it in we received a email saying it was being fixed. The customer service has been beyond belief excellent. Everyone we talked to there follows up immediately with any questions.
