I purchased total restore for my wife who has suffered with stomach problems for 40 plus years. I have no issues with your product, I suspect that one ingredient,“grapefruit powder”is causing stomach upset, as she has an intolerance to citrus .

We persevered with one tablet per day for 2 weeks taken with food, We had some bad days but we still thought it

I added a regimen of total restore with the probiotics and it has helped my digestive issues and even improved my sleep.

I'll start by saying why I decided to give Total Restore a try, after having tried smoothies, probiotics and even intestinal purifications that failed to eliminate my symptoms after eating... such as bloating, I couldn't stay after dinner because I had to go to bed on the left side, to digest, accompanied by sleepiness, tiredness and a desire to do absolutely nothing, only what is necessary and from there return to lying down, also during the day I had sudden diarrhea. I have barely been taking the capsules for a week, I take the 3 together at the strongest meal of the day and the result has really been miraculous, I no longer have that swelling, nor the irremediable need to go to bed, I finish eating and after a short rest, I can continue with my activities, I no longer have sudden diarrhea, and although the energy has not returned to 100%, I can say that I congratulate myself for having started this treatment, and I will continue using it until I achieve a total improvement in my body and as its name says until my digestive health is fully restored. I started having diarrhea in January 2015. It was diagnosed as collagenous colitis a couple of months later and IBSD was added several months later. The doctor wanted me to start taking budesonide. I didn’t like the idea of taking a steroid so I stuck with the Imodium or Pepto Bismol to control it.

Over the next two years I lost about 35 pounds. I’m 5’3” now and the lowest weight I have seen on our home scale is 106. I have more wrinkles now than my mother had just before she passed at 95. I finally gave into taking the budesonide and that helped to control my diarrhea better.

For the past two years I have been keeping a record of my diet and my bowel movements. I started taking Total Restore May 9th. In April I had 3 days of normal bowel movements and 13 days with some diarrhea (just 1 or 2 times a day not the 7 or 8 I had back in the late teens).

On May 14 I started backing TR up with Lectin Shield. My diet is much better but not totally clean. May was 8 normal and 10 diarrhea. June was just 1 normal (lots of days soft to loose) but still 10 days of diarrhea. July was 14 normal and just 2 with diarrhea in spite of a short trip and getting ready for a 12 day trip that started on July 27th.

That trip was so busy that I didn’t keep records until the day after we got home on August 6th. So far 5 normal and 5 with some diarrhea this month. Yesterday’s D I can definitely attribute to big a salad the night before plus maybe some stress from my poor aging badly (terrible diet, no exercise, etc.) husband.

I like the Gundry products. I use several of them and have seen good results. I feel they have helped my gut health with better bowl elimination.
