Maybe I need to give it more time and every body is different

Well, I have been taking Restore for almost a month now. I haven't really noticed too much of a difference, sorry to say. I don't have that energy that it says I'm supposed to get. I still have the bloating issues. I can say that my sleep is better, but none of the other things that it says it's supposed to do I am still waiting to see.

I took it everyday, didn't notice any difference. Did have extreme stomach pains at night that didn't start until taking the supplement.

When contacting customer service, the first representative pretty much told me it was my fault and I needed to continue to take it and add more or this or that to my diet to see better results.

I had high hopes for this supplement, especially since I have multiple autoimmune issues.

Three days after using Total Restore, I developed diverticulitis.

I still have hope that your theory works but I need more than one month to see. So far, no real differences observed.

I have been taking Total Restore for a couple of weeks. I do not see much change, however I might need more time. I expected to have more energy and less pain in my joints but that has not happened. Having said that, I had to work in the garden which really affects me. But only working half an hour and running out of steam at age 54 is not normal. Bowel movement is more frequent but I had some bleeding unfortunately. I had same issue when I was taking Duloxetine and Naproxen in the past so I thought probably being on Duloxetine and the interaction caused that side effect. I’m not taking Naproxen now.

No results in 3 weeks of taking Restore (for me)

I’ve started taking Restore for just over 3 weeks and have not seen much for results. My earring habits are very strict and I strength train 4 to 5 days a week. I’ve been struggling to drop 10 to 15 pounds for over 9 months and hoped this product will help me to be more regular in the bathroom and help with constepation and release the stored fat I struggle with to, so far, no real results. I will continue taking Restore for another month it give it a chance. I have not lost a signal pound since being on restore for 3 weeks. I am hoping this product just needs another month for me to see a result.

One Capsule of Total Restore May Be Enough…..

When I started Total Restore, almost immediately I had more energy. I felt better. After three weeks or so, though, I was ‘hungry’ almost all day! I couldn’t wait until the next meal. So I called the number for Dr. Gundry and explained my deep hunger. The person I spoke with was trying to be helpful but he couldn’t understand why I was so hungry. When I told him I was 75 and weighed 130 pounds or less, he suggested I take only one capsule a day. So far so good! The hunger pains are almost gone. He said that for some people, one capsule is all they need. I love my energy. I feel good throughout most days. I walk three miles a day and oil paint for hours, standing. I’ll keep evaluating my results after the second month. I believe Total Restore has renewed my energy and concentration……

I have only received total restore about a week ago. So far there aren’t any changes I’ve noticed. Hoping a little time will bring results.

After taking for 4 days I was in a mini flare up from my Ulcerative Colitis. I stopped immediately and will not take any more. Worst experience ever.

I have been taking the Total Restore capsules for just 15 days. Before each meal as indicated. I still feel swollen, and my bowel movements are mild but not daily. I'm waiting to see results a month of taking them.

I have been taking three pills a day for about six weeks. I do believe I notice a more fluid movement when I am up and about. I cannot say my sleep has improved but am hoping it will. I think my digestion has improved somewhat. I really like the natural ingredients and prefer them to a prescription. I plan to continue on total restore for a year and then will reevaluate its benefits. I am 84 and 130lbs. I eat very sensibly and no sugar, baked goods and only one slice of low carb bread a day. Good health is very important to me. I am a cancer survivor for 23 years.

I’ve had bowel problems for the past year. Usually have to sit on the stool for a half hour to go. For the past year I’ve been extremely gassy. I do believe total restore has helped with that. I’m not as gassy as I use to be. I stopped taking my probiotics because I wanted to see if total restore would be all that I need to take to help my gut. I’m about 20 lbs over weight and am 62 years old. I never had problems in the past with any issues, just this past year. I just can’t control my farts. I’m going to continue taking this until it’s all gone to see if i continue to improve. I’m really hopping this works for me. It’s been very embarrassing not to be able to control my farts. Lol

So far, I am not impressed. No real changes for the better, in fact feeling very bloated and digestion changed for the worse. I had high expectations, but will continue and monitor changes for another week.

Not sure if the total restore is doing much seemed to have better results with the Bio Complete 3.
