so far so good. stomach has stopped hurting some increase in energy and better bowel movements and still having some issues with weight loss but on the other hand i have had theses issues for some time and it will take some time to get better love the restore factor

Not really sure I notice any kind of change, but nothing to the contrary.

My experience with Total Restore so far has made me realize I should have started taking this product a long time ago. It has been about a month and I am still getting rid of things that don't belong, if you know what I mean. I am beginning to notice benefits such as more energy, reduced sugar cravings, and good sleep. I look forward to experiencing many more to come. I am really glad I found Dr. Gundry's Total Restore!

Unfortunately, no noticable results so far. No loss of belly or weight loss. Yes, I have been taking as prescribed, no days missed. 2 weeks in. No I'm not eating a lot of sugar, no I'm not eating a lot of breads. I haven't changed anything else like diet or habits. I get a reasonable amount of excercise. I'm disappointed. Seems like I got the placebo bottle. Definately starting to feel scammed.

Still hopeful and will finish the bottle i started. I DON'T want to hear "well that's because you didn't combine Total Restore with our other super boosting supplement that you can get blah blah blah" Bottom line is that it hasn't performed as promised, but that's why I only bought one bottle, because so many of these things are just the next scam.

I have had Crohn’s and Colitis for 37 years now. I’ve been a source of drug trials and multiple doctors and I’ve had a pretty bad. I had over it doesn’t surgeries in my life, and I’ve always had a problem with controlling my bowels. It wasn’t made any easier by the fact that I’m constantly on antibiotics. The biggest issue I’ve had through my life is timing myself around the bathroom and being able to go out into the world not knowing where the next bathroom is. My other biggest issue has been the fact that my body just simply does not absorb liquid and expels them in the wrong place. No one has ever been able to get to the bottom of it. I can’t put my finger on it and I can’t explain why, but this last month taking these I’ve never felt better in my entire life. I have total control I go to the bathroom better and the liquid now actually absorbs instead of running right through me. I don’t know why and I don’t know what it’s doing but I know that I’m gonna keep taking it forever. This is absolutely change my life and allowed me to live and stop being a depressed as I was. I didn’t do this with an expectation of weight loss or having issues using the bathroom as far as diarrhea and constipation. I just wanted to see what it would do overall to the operations inside of my body and the processes. I figured it couldn’t hurt because the advertisement was so transparent and it was so easy to call customer service to cancel the order that I do it was a fly by night scam to get you into an ongoing subscription that you can’t get out of. I am absolutely surprised a great way and I’ve been talking about this to everyone. So, I really wanna thank you, Doctor!

I’m pleased with Total Restore so far because it doesn’t interfere with my daily life in any negative ways as far as any discomfort or ill effects of any kind. So far a couple of my friends have commented on it appearing that I’m losing weight. I don’t notice more than a few less pounds on my weight scale so I think I might be gaining more muscle tone? I take three capsules daily on an empty stomach and eat a couple hours later without any stomach discomfort at all. I believe it can take several months before noticeable improvements so I will continue using Total Restore (1 month so far) for six months and make a decision to continue if I experience improvement in my digestion health. There are many other health areas that can improve with better gut health so I will try to be observant of my overall health during the next several months.

I'm almost through my first jar of Total Restore and may feel a small amount of increased energy. I'm willing to try for another 10 days or so.

Sadly, despite my own desires to experience great success, I have zero results to show for taking this product.

I bought MD Total Restore 35 days ago, and I haven't received the product. And today I receive a notification that I have to pay $25usd for taxes, and go to the post office service to pick up the product. I'm from Mexico city

Total Restore is easy to use and has helped with my bathroom habits somewhat. That's the biggest thing that I was looking for. I believe that it has also helped with my GERD. I seem to have less heartburn and indigestion. So far, so good.

So far so good. I believe I'm having some bowel .... adjustments, That I expected .

I'm on a gradual weight loss routine. Not a "plan as such . I intend to use the this as my lunches . I'm open to diet suggestions.

I started taking the medicine and I gained weight and it makes me feel tired and sleepy

I have been taking total control for a month and I have had less gas and my stomach feels lighter.

I have only been on the total restore for a few weeks but in that time I am totally off stool softeners. I seem to have curbed my appetite but have not lost weight yet. I am just hoping to get my gut back where it is suppose to be. Once that happens I think I will see more results, I truly believe that you have to take care of the gut before other things fall into place. I am diabetic and need to watch what is happening to protect my heart, kidneys and over all health. One step at a time and I have taken the first important step. Thank you

So far, I feel less easy to become so tired, and my joints are better. That is all I can say. Thanks.

Still not sure… I am only a week in and I’m not sure if I am seeing an improvement. I have gluten sensitivity as well as dairy and feel much better when I follow a low FODMAP diet. I will continue taking 3 total restore capsules daily for at least 30 days. Wish me luck!

I am a 73 year old senior with fibromyalgia and diabetes who wants to get off her medications so thought I’d try Total Restore. I was always tired and when I started Total Restore I started feeling much more energetic. I have also lost a bit of weight. I’ve only been taking this for a few weeks and look forward to see where this goes.

I am covered with hives, so stopped taking Total Restore. While I still have hives, I am not getting new ones, so it seems to be the culprit.

I’ve almost finished one bottle following the directions exactly. Maybe it’s too soon but I cannot see either positive or negative result.

Not sure this supplement is right for my system. I have cut back to every other day. However I continue to have nausea, diarrhea. I will try for a bit longer & then make a decision as to whether to continue or return.
