Hello, I have only been taking it for 3 weeks and I have noticed less bloating and gas after eating my food, I know that I still have a long way to go for many years, I had a diet very high in carbohydrates, refined sugars, bringing with it serious problems digestive and health related to my eating habits that I never imagined that this would have such a direct relationship and affect my digestive and immune system, fortunately I found the information that Dr. Gundry shares that I consider very valuable, now I know that I am in the right path to improve my health. Dr Gundry thank you.

I ordered the TR one month supply to try out. At the time I was already watching my food intake. The first week or so I felt a less bloated stomach, but it came back but the last week of pills. So I’m in between to get a new bottle or not. It is a little expensive to keep as a tryout.

In summary the good feeling didn’t last long.

I just received the 3 bottles I bought, I just started today. August 18. 2023.

But in the instructions it just say.: take 3 pills with 8 glasses of water. But it does not have any further information. How do I know the best way to take this??? One with each meal? Before meals? Better if some time between?? Or after? Or instead? Im confused about it.

And would be very help full to know a suggested diet to see results faster.

After 30 days of using only the Total Restore product

I have experienced a significant noticeable improvement in digestive and excretory function. As for the other claims of increased energy and overall feeling of a sense of less pain, weight loss, etc., it is just too soon for those benefits to be realized in 30 days. I will give this product 60 additional days. I will also be adding the Prebiothrive product and try increasing my polyphenol intake by increasing my dietary intake of polyphenol-rich fresh foods before I can justify the expense of purchasing Dr. Gundry's polyphenol product.

Have been taking numerous Gundry products & have nothing negative to say about any of them. It's just difficult for me to determine which product delivers what benefit. Recently finished my last bottle of Total Restore, but no $ to spend on more at this time.

Have been taking Budesonide 3mg/2 a day for microscopic colitis, but think Total Restore may have helped with symptoms, so better than the Budesonide alone.

Never received my order, I cannot comment on it, I just want to know how to request my refund?

I have 3 orders that I place on July 12. Today is August 17. One of them is 085697378, nothing has arrived, and I already want my money back. On the page it says shipping, but there is no where to track it, so I prefer to cancel.

I bought Total Restore to feel less fatigue and pain in the joints, to have more energy, but I still don't feel a real change in my health, I have been taking 3 capsules a day for 3 weeks, is it still not enough time to that my body feel the improvement?

I also bought MCT Wellness.

It's been two weeks since I started taking Total Restore and I think it's a game-changer. It's very hard to describe. I am starting to feel lighter and cleaner. I have more energy and less dragging through the middle part of the day. I am thankful.

It is not working for me, there is no difference from taking this product.

I have been on Total Restore and Bio Complete for two weeks and nothing works. Trying plant paradox Diet, also nothing. Can't get help online or phone like promised. Really disappointed. Also don't like the olive oil I ordered. Everything taste like olive oil & no one will help me.

Over a 2 weeks period, I see solid results already. No side effect and I went a bit overboard the first few days because I was in bad shape (took 3 pills in the morning and 3 in the evening).

I suffer a very serious gut illness and I was already very careful with my nutrition and didn't change my behavior after taking this supplement.

So the results is not because of other factors. I've change nothing. Therefore, this has accelerated my healing progress significantly. No bullshit. Totally worth it.
