I've worn the watch for a month (except when showering). Manually counted my steps & used my bp cuff which came close to my watch's numbers. I like the reminders to drink water & to exercise. Satisfied with product.

Worst watch/health tracker I've ever had

I should have looked at the reviews before I purchased. I've only had it for 3 weeks and it doesn't work right. Needs charging all the time, I have it set to give notifications and I only get them 5% of the time. It doesn't even sync with the phone app, and constantly says disconnects.

The data is not accurate. The only data even close is the heart rate and temperature.

Step counter not accurate!

This watch works perfectly except that the step counter is not accurate at all! Since that is what I most want to count, that's the reason for only two stars. I haven't tried the walk setting yet.

For my purposes the watch was practically useless. You cannot read the screen in the sunlight and there is no way to brighten the screen. Great with all the features but pointless if you want to wear it outside.

Reading the reviews regarding the Fitnus smartwatch helped me to look elsewhere. As many online ads are scams, this one may or may not be one of those; however a 2.4/5 rating along with many reviewers having issues, made it clear this is not a product worth purchasing. The review system was clear and concise.

SCAM!!!!! If you did buy it, insist on getting full refund and return cost covered.

Purchased 3 Fitnus Watches based on the sale and good reviews posted on their website. Tried to download app by the scan box on instruction sheet but told that it was not available in this region (U.S.). Tried searching for app as listed in instructions Runmifit but no such thing.

There is a Runmefit app available but it is for a different product. Called number listed on their website, got cut off. Finally got through the second time. 1st was offered a 50% refund to keep. Then offered a chance to send someone a watch at 50% off if keep these.

Finally offered to send a full refund but we pay for return. I told her that I would just dispute the charge with the credit card if they did not cover the return cost. At that point she said they would send me a return label for no charge and give a full refund to card that should show up in 3 - 5 business days. We will see.

Watch notifications do not work. I get a text and the unit never vibrates. Phone calls will notify 1/2 the time.

1. Must be paired.

2. App must be open on your phone.

3. If you walk away from your phone unit never rePairs.

So, even if you paired , and left the app running open, your notifications stop working if you don't keep your phone within range. This is not what they promised. I'm on my 3rd tracker! None of them work as promised. They lie.

I bought the Fitnus smartwatch about 2 months ago, Love it. The only thing that I don't care for is charging the battery. It's hard to take the band apart and put it back together, I'm always afraid of messing it up. But other than that it is great!!!

Why are you taking the band apart? All I do is take it off my wrist and the charger pops right on to the little spot in the back of the watch....charges and I'm good to go.

A big waste of money

I purchased 2 of these. I tested them against each other and with a Fitbit. There was as much as a 2500 step difference between units. Having suffered from a quadruple bypass surgery, we thought the units would be good for tacking b/p and pulse rates. Wrong! When I explained the situation to Customer Support, I was told, the units are not exact readings they are approximate?! Really? I have thrown away $100.00 over the years on silliness but these rank right up near the top. Customer Service is no longer responding to my emails so I can only assume the personnel work as well as these units do.

Quit charging

I received my Fitnus watch and thought it was great, after about 6 weeks it quit charging and I contacted Fitnus they said they would replace it. Well its been almost 10 weeks and no replacement. So I would not recommend this watch they don't do what they say they will.

This is a piece of trash. Seniors have enough trouble with technology and this thing is really confusing, I don't have a clue if or how it works, Calling for a refund and they let you know it costs big $ to send it back so they offer to give half the price back. So you are stuck with a piece of crap for half the price.

Bad business

Got my FITNUS watch and got it all set up and everything running good ! I loved it ! That is , for about 3 hours when the battery died . Charged it overnight to give it a good charge but the same thing , died after 3 hours ! Repeated for several times with the same outcome ! 3 hours max !

Contacted the company , they jerked me around for a few weeks then claimed my 30 day return limit had expired and could not help me . Sorry , they told me !!!

I would give this no stars if I could !

Disappointing: BP seems inaccurate 30 pts low

Disappointing. BP readings are too good to be true. If I'm in normal range with a cuff reader, the tracker reading are similar, but if the cuff reads high, the watch is still in normal range. Potentially dangerous to rely on.

Sleep function is confusing and no way to tell if it's accurate. Can't seem to find detailed technical operational specifications, like which readings are automatically being sampled, how often, and which must be manually entered. Appears to sample BP every 15 min and graphically displays.

Never got an invoice, even after calling 2x and emailing 3 times. Charged my credit card immediately. After 7 days called to get an RMA to return device and offered 1/2 off refund and keep the units (bought 2). Did receive the 1/2 refund next day.

Wish I could rely on the readings because its very convenient, but fear a false sense of security. Other post said there is no BP watch tracker that exists yet that's accurate. Stick to cuff type for accuracy.

Check out CheckMe, very compact portable cuff BP with Cell phone interface, which you can even wear under clothes (bit bulky but possible, but uncomfortable). List readings but to graph you have to download to a CSV. Still looking for the ideal solution

I purchased this watch at 7 pm on Friday and then was given a watch for a gift later that evening. I called at 6:30 the next day and they said it had been shipped!! They already had charge my account and I told them their list of instructions said I had to cancel within 24 hours. I called later and told them about the 24 hour cancellation, they apologized and said they had sent a shipping notice, which I never to date have received. Also if you return it, at your expense, and it is "damaged" when they get it, TOO DARN BAD. This is a total scam!!!!

Legit? or Scam? Possibly both!!

I hope people read reviews on this product, before purchasing the Fitnus ewatch. I didn't and now wish I would have looked into it closer.

The reviews I saw on the Company website were obviously bogus. Probably written by the company itself?! I never received an email confirming on my order. Although the money was charged to my Pay Pal account right away.

I went to start investigating the order, and it was under "bazaarinnovations" not fitnus ewatch. Red Flag. Then I called the customer service # listed & it was disconnected. Another Red Flag!

Called Pay Pay and now its under review. Have written to customer service at "[email protected]" Will see what comes of that? My recommendation is to NOT mess with this company.

I notice they don't mention if there is a monthly subscription to get the full use of the app. I can't find mention of that anywhere. I found that with Fitbit, after I purchased one. Though I'm happy with the Fitbit basic and am very happy I bought that.

Beware of Fitnus

I cannot recommend Fitnus as I like others have been advised that delivery of the product failed due to an incomplete address. I have requested a full refund and I await their compliance. I will not do business with this company and suggest that Amazon is a more reliable seller. Beware and document all interactions with Fitnus.

Have not received watch after long delay

Bought the watch three weeks ago. Haven't received it yet. I'm thinking strongly of turning this outfit in to the attorney general. He doesn't take kindly to scams.

Nope I have an app that tells me what's in my mail box and it's a locked box no such item. You have your money now where's the merchandise???

My watch arrived at noon and was sent back at 4. When I attempted to get the Runmifit app to pair the watch my card was hacked and a purchase was attempted on a dating website!! Truly. That is all I needed, especially after reading the reviews.
