Wonderful to get help for a small fee.

The report gave me comprehensive information about the vehicle features, but did not give me information on ownership or ownership history, which was what I wanted, so I reduced the stars to 4.

So far it's an expensive report for basic details.

I am trying to find title information but can not move on without leaving a review. Would prefer leaving a review after I had a chance explore all data available

Quick easy and inexpensive for a basic report. I did see a mention of a VEHICLE INCIDENT but there was no information about when, where, or basic info on size or severity .

Overall very satisfied.

I know nothing about cars, and this made it very easy for me to find mine, look over all the details and research so I could understand better. It only cost $1 for the basic information, and I think that is very reasonable.

I had an agent follow up with me immediately as well so I could ask any and all of my questions about the report and have them answered right then and there. Very helpful!

Very quick report with all the recalls, owners, mileage, accidents. I was also glad to see the JD Powers ratings. It is scary to consider a used vehicle, but I have much more confidence after receiving this report.

Fell short of what I needed to find out on the car that I ran the check on. The information that was provided I can verify has been verified as accurate.

Had a hard time finding the title information

Was totally satisfied.Gave all the information I needed excluding all the extras on the van I didn't know about.I mistakenly subscribed to 24 months of reports when I only wanted the single report for a dollar. I was charged at the higher price and was immediately refunded.Customer service is very good.

First time using car history online, I've used other systems in the past as I live in California and the amount of vehicles moving hands, accidents, double titles etc. you can never have enough peace of mind when buying a vehicle, and when selling is an easy transaction for the new buyer.

The process was smooth and quick. It was very easy to get through!

I found out where my car was original manufactured. Also, I found out about the recalls on this vehicle. It is now located in the Madison, WI area.

Helped us to figure why a salvage from rebuilt title.

I learned my lesson the hard way. Ended up purchasing a vehicle that was Branded: Salvage Damaged. Now I am stuck, and no one will help to fix or arrest the conmen who sold knowing of the fraud. Always check with Car History.

The information is accurate and lets you know how many owners, reported accidents, service records, recalls, ect. It's a very basic report but for $1 its well worth using. If I had any further concerns, I would probably look for a much more detailed report.
