I purchased two units this past summer and then found some research questioning the claims as to its effectiveness. I canceled my order even before they shipped it and they decided to ship it anyway. Despite repeated attempts to obtain a full refund, they have refused to refund shipping charges. It is not clear to me how they think I should pay for shipping when I canceled the order prior to shipping. I recommend looking for alternatives and there are several out there.
