Never received my order
I Placed an order on Date: 6/9/2022. I did not receive a tracking number or have not heard when my order is even going to be shipped. I had to contact them through email I finally got a tracking number which has not done anything for me because it has been telling me to awaiting shipment from the carrier for almost a month now.
I have contacted them several times and they just email me back saying it is the carrier's fault for not picking the package up. I have asked for a refund back and they keep saying to give it a little while longer. I will never ever buy from this company again. I really think it is a scam.

Do NOT ORDER!! I had to give them at least one star, unfortunately. I ordered this product in May and have received several emails that the product has been shipped but still no product. I disputed the charge and they have refused to provide me a refund and tell me it has been shipped! SCAM.

Don't buy this as they do not deliver as promised. I bought a month ago they charged my card but, it has not shipped yet. I tried to cancel the order but they said it already shipped but all that has happened is a shipping label has been created. I would just like to have my money back.

I placed my order, my account has been charged but have not received the product.
The replies from customer service seem to be a bit sketchy...multiple order numbers and shipping labels that don't match and are not legit with the carriers. I think I may have been scammed!!!
I've had exactly the same experience. Order placed 6/10/22 and it was indicated the item was in stock. The payment was cashed very promptly. Nine days later, 6/19/22, the shipping label was created, waiting to go to USPS. And that's been the status ever since. It's now 7/4/22 and I'm still waiting. Three communications with support have basically said "be patient, high order volume," etc.
I suspect this is being shipped from overseas (Hong Kong?) because the USPS tracking # is twice as long as any I've ever seen for a product shipping within the USA. To say I'm disappointed is putting it mildly.
Now, as I read other's comments, I see I'm not alone. :(
I wish I had read all these comments sooner...been 4 months abd nothing. I am going to dispute this charge with my credit card company....please DO NOT buy from them....CROOKS!!!

I agree!! I have been contacting them through email for a month or better!!! No product no refund!!! I am so mad to say the least!!!

Horrible customer service
If I could give a zero I would! I purchased 3 in early April and the $$ was taken out the next day. I never received a confirmation email as they state. Thankfully I took a screen shot.
Since then they have been back and forth with me - there was no record of my purchase. Then I provided more info and they were writing a “ticket” whatever that means. And they were sending a confirmation email. And yes I checked my SPAM! Nothing!
Then I waited a couple more days. I have had about 5 communications with them giving them all the info they needed including my proof I paid. They are still saying - we will send a confirmation email and another “ticket” has been opened.
I demanded my $$ back and they are dragging their feet again! I’m about to report them to the BBB and the AG in my state. Unacceptable customer service ! Don’t waste your time or money.
I am going to report them!! This is crap!!

I purchased online 15/12/21 3 BuzzBGone it should be called money be gone. I have return numerous emails asking for a full return of my money. I keep receiving stock email replies stating shipping delays covid and other pathetic excuses.
There is no other form of contact except email it appears they are located in USA but have my doubts.

ZERO stars - DO NOT BUY from these crooks! I ordered two BuzzBGones after reading glowing reports on their website, and never received the promised confirmation of shipping & tracking number, let alone the goods. Trying to contact them is useless, customer service is appalling.
I receive 'autobot' replies on repeat (the same email many times, with absolutely no referral to the problem or answer to specific questions)... I decided to cancel the order and request a refund, but again was banging my head against a wall trying to receive some service. So no product, no refund, and no answers to any of my questions... total scam, steer well clear!!!

Don't buy it! It's not manufactured in the U.S. and it just doesn't work - sat with it on in a small room where there was a fruit fly, a regular fly and a mosquito that actually bit me on the finger and not a one of them was lured into the trap after 30 minutes I just killed 'em with a swatter - works faster!
Trying to return it because It JUST DOESN'T WORK is horrendous! They won't communicate with you even though they say 100% guarantee! They use stall tactics and say they will get back to you and then don't...they try to wait out their 30 day guarantee. Save yourself some money
Buzz B Gone - Bad product/NO Customer Service
BUZZ B GONE company has - Horrible customer service!! I do not recommend their product or company. Got the runaround for several months and never got my refund for my return. I bought 3 of their UV mosquito trap. And after a LONG wait (over a month), I finally received them to find out that they were NOT battery chargeable and could not be used outdoors on my deck.
Very disappointed to learn mosquito trap cannot be used outdoors!! I reached out to inquire about how to return and get a refund. I got an email back after couple of days later offering be 10% discount on the product if I want to keep it. I told them I do not want a discount because I could not use it outdoors.
And I want to return it for a refund. After several days again, I finally got the instructions on where to return it. I shipped and returned the product back and waited for my refund.....I waited several weeks but never not my refund. When I followed up again, I was told that the warehouse did not have a record of my return and that I have to send them the return shipping receipt as proof of my return. So I emailed them the receipt and was told that it could take several weeks for the refund.
And then honestly I forgot about it. That was September 2020. I just recently realized that I never got the refund so I followed up again with their customer service. And guess what, the same customer service agent emailed me saying that I would need to send proof of the return receipt again!!!
Well I do not have a record of the receipt anymore and now I am giving up on getting my refund BUT I wanted to post this so others can learn about my experience before they buy from Buzz B Gone.
They advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee...total Lie.

Can I ask what information was included with the item that indicated it cannot be used outside? There are multiple videos on the website that show it being used outside (at a farm, while camping, etc.) Just curious... what did you get in the box that they are not showing on the website advertising that says it can't be used outside?
Same happened to me. I called the numbers listed in this article and wouldn't you know it, all disconnected or no longer in service. I've been given tracking numbers for usps and dhl, both of which do not have any info that the tracking numbers even exist in their systems.
I'm inclined to think the 'tracking numbers' provided by buzzbegone are bullshit and their plan is to string us along until we just give up on it altogether. I have requested a refund but doubtful I will ever see it. I will be contacting the BBB on this asap.

That's what I am going to have to do ..been 4 months since I placed my order and nothing but the run a round from company and customer service. Wish I had never ordered from them...and when I ordered I didn't get a discount...I paid full price. Smh
