I order one of the bus be gone a month ago and I haven't received my order yet and I can't get contact with nobody no matter how hard I tried. I would like for you to refund my money cuz I don't know if this is a scam. I tried to track my package and they have no information on it.

This company is a total scam. I ordered 3 buzzbgone with warranty on June10 and never received them. When I tried to contact the company all I got was an automated response along with emails with a USPS tracking number. When I called Usps about the order they said that the invoice WAS produced BUT THE PKG WAS NEVER SHIPPED. STAY AWAY. TOTAL SCAM.

Ordered 6/16 under false reviews. Cancelled 6/17. Fraud complaint filed 6/20.

Order received today. Requested Immediate return instructions. Some state 30 days some state 60.

I recently bought 4 of the BuzzBgone due to mosquitoes and flies but I thank God I used PayPal for the purchase if not I wouldn’t have received the package because their contact number never went through. I left uncountable messages still no response. PayPal have to contact them severally before getting feedback. Package took months to be delivered and after the long wait Mosquitoes and flies keep moving around as if there’s nothing in the room. It’s a scam and I want my money back. Do not waste even a dollar.

My wife bought a couple of these things about 3 months ago and is yet to receive them. Communications to the company are always the same "We have given your order top priority" and nothing else. This is a scam and this needs to be shut down.

I only wish I would of viewed these reviews before I made my purchase. Have not received the product and tried to resolve the matter with customer service and that was a joke. Took 3 attempts to get tracking number & when they did finally send it the number is fake. Something really needs to be done to shut down this company. I did get some info on the corporate office that I will share but haven't tried calling to see if it is the real deal yet.

Not sure how the product works. The reason is we ordered 3 units on June 9 and now on July 23 we still have not received are 3 units we ordered.

When we contacted customer service they lie day after day. I would rate their customer service as the worst i have ever dealt with. But, they charged our credit card the day after we ordered and will not cancel the order and return our money.

If I could i would have rated them a zero. They are a scam!!!

I have waited for delivery for over 45 days. They have my money and I have no product. Please avoid this company unless you can lose cash! All they do is give excuses and no delivery on items! The mosquitoes and I will probably die from age before I see the buggzapper.

Have to rate it a 1 because there is nothing LOWER on your scale. Sounds like I have had the same experience as many others. Ordered in early June, credit card billed.

Have emailed half a dozen times with customer service who responds days later. Still no shipping info and they will not provide a refund saying shipment is in transit. Complete scam!

If there were a rating under 1 stars it would be the most appropriate one for Buzz b Gone! The appliance simply does. not. work. at. all! We also waited several weeks for it to arrive although our bank account was deducted immediately upon ordering.

We are now trying to return it but given other buyers’ bad experiences, we’re doubtful that this is going to work & so far we have not been able to contact customer service directly.

I'm pleased that I found this site which has validated my strong suspicion that the company is running a scam. I shall pursue other avenues to try to get my money back.

It appears this company is a scam. I ordered the mosquito zapper and they processed the order and charged my account on June 13. It is now July 18 and I have not gotten an order number, and the tracking number they sent says it hasn't been picked up by USPS yet. They will not refund my money; they keep offering discounts if I'll wait, but they don't tell me when it will be sent. They are NOT transparent or helpful. It sounds like they are either a scam completely or they are terrible at business and customer relations. This is the worst experience I have had with an online order. Ever.

I bought the same in early June. The money came out of my credit card the end of June. I have not seen this product.

Their customer service is garbage. They send me a message 4 or 5 days after I send theirs. They closed my messages once saying the thing will be here in 2 days it's still not here we're coming up on 2 months since I ordered this, they're probably going to send it to me in November when we have no more mosquitoes.

They give me a 60-day guarantee that'll work does anybody in the midwest have mosquitoes in November December no, they start phasing out a little bit by the end of summer.

Please do not buy this product and go through the same thing I have I can't tell you what the product is like. I don't have the product their customer service is BS, it's not worth wasting your time.

I also placed an order for three BuzzBGone units. Shame on me for not reading the reviews prior. I ordered in early May and finally received them in them 2 months later after four or five emails to customer service. Now I want to return them. I only opened one unit and have crappy results.

I put in for a return. You cannot return if opened. I hope to return two of the unopened units. Still waiting for a reply how to return.

Save yourself some aggravation and search other similar products.

I ordered this product 36 days ago, my money was drawn right away but have not received the product, the costumer support seems to be a computer not people. I feel that I was lied to and robed.

Took too long to receive and I bought a mosquito trap from another company. Rec'd it in 1 day and it has worked perfectly. Finally got the Buzzbgone in July. The unit has not caught 1 mosquito. I donated the unit to Goodwill. Don't waste your time or money.

Ordered in early May. Now mid July and no delivery. Return emails are all from some computer algorithm: no human being there. Latest notice is that our order "has been delivered." It has not. We have never received a tracking number.

We have replied to every email, and we get a return email that since we haven't replied in two days, they are cancelling our "ticket." Complete scam.

We will report to Amazon, to the BBB, and to the Consumer Products commission. Consider the one star a negative five.

I ordered this product on March 4th. I still have not received it...I understand that everything has been taking longer then usual because of covid but 4 months later and all I am getting us the run around from the company and customer service. Do not order from them....wish that I had not and btw I didn't get any money off the buzz b gone...I paid full price. ..never order from them.

BIG SCAM!!

We purchased 4 of these units. First off, they said there was no proof of order. After sending them a screenshot of our CC account they said they could not find any order. They would have to look into it. No response except we were inundated with advertising emails from them to buy their product. Asked in several emails to have someone contact me, they did not.

Finally they showed up on 7/9/22. Still no response from the company. Did exactly as directions said. I literally one in a room with around 60+ mosquitos. checked back in 1 hour "nothing" checked back in 2 hours "still nothing" Went out this morning and there was maybe 3 dead mosquitos in there. Worthless junk
