Had no problems ordering my dogs meds. They contact her vet and got the approval and had fast shipping. I will use again

So, 2/3 of my orders have been botched and terrible customer service followed. First order they substituted a different brand for my order without notification or consent. When I complained they were unresponsive and indignant.

This last order with free shipping somehow became overnight shipping I didn't ask for ($49!!) and when I tried to check the status online their website said I have no existing order. I tried several times that night to access and change the incorrect shipping unsuccessfully. I email customer service twice with no response until AFTER they shipped it and said it was not their problem and they weren't going help at all.

To this day they're still being jerks about it. Bottom line: they want your money and they will not provide customer service. Spread the word. Lambert and VetRXDirect prices are just as good but they have real customer service. I've never had issues at those places and I will go back to them. Never again. It takes a special kind of evil to mess with people who are trying to care for sick animals. :(

Love the availability of products and they always have the best prices. I had an issue due to a mistake on my part, they were quick to resolve the issue in a couple of hours. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been wonderful.

The process was relatively quick and easy. The only problem we had was with out Vet. They gave us a paper prescription and would not approve the online order until we physically returned the paper prescription.

I have been using them for years. Fast service, they contact my vet for me. Shipping is free on orders over $49 which is great. They are cheaper than my vet's office and service is great!

Allivet has the best price for ProZinc insulin. Although it needs to be shipped Next Day air, the price is lower than I can get it elsewhere. I have had a good experience with customer service as well.

As owners of an anxious dog, we can’t afford to be worrying about his medications. Allivet has always provided us with consistent, timely and excellently priced service. Their website is easy to use and they communicate well with us and our vet when the prescription needs to be refilled, so that there is no lapse. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

I am grateful that you offer quality products at affordable prices. I have giant breed dogs and they generally require large doses due to their size which equates to high prices, but thanks to you, I can purchase with confidence and get a great price! Thank you!!

Excellent customer service - my Vet was a little slow in responding to request - Allivet was persistent and continued to attempt contact until they received response.
