I followed the TC motto, "it only works when you wear it" I've grown an organic garden for years, never smoked, rarely drink and I was an avid athlete all my life in every sport winter and summer, walked every morning, mowed my lawn, shoveled my drive, but my knees were starting to bother me, so I ordered the ankle length tights, long sleeved shirt, 2 pairs of over the calf socks, 2 knee sleeves, 2 wrist sleeves and alternated wearing them night and day, wearing the tights and shirt the most except for when they were in the washer and dryer. I had a SEVERE reaction to the clothing, broke out in sores that itch constantly, had extreme edema in my arms and legs, skin turned green from the copper, severe itching from head to toe, horrendous pain and migraine like headaches that NEVER go away. My blood work shows an elevation of copper in my blood compared to when I had a series of tests three years ago when my copper level was very low showing below the Reference Range. My pain is much worse now and I had to give up my morning walks and my legs hurt so bad I can hardly walk. My Doctor recommended I get a cane, as I can't keep my balance. My face turned beet red, burned and itched and broke out in sores with several capillaries bursting under my skin. My once smooth facial complexion is now riddle with reddish sores. FINALLY we connected my severe reaction with the Tommie Copper Clothes. Not only that, but TC states their clothes are made in the US, NOT TRUE, my clothing came in plastic bags marked "Made in China" and the tags in some of the clothing stated Made in Mexico, or Assembled in the Dominican Republic, all slave labor countries with no regulations on the amount of lead that could possibly be added to the copper that is sewn into the clothing for a cheaper production cost and MORE Profit for the owner of Tommie Copper. There are a lot of compression clothing out there and my advice would be to buy some that does not have the copper in it, even the Statue of Liberty made of copper is now all green. Tommie Copper Company is owned by one man, who is the Founder, Designer of the clothing, President and CEO of his Company. No Financail Data and NO Bd of Directors, meaning all company assests are Private and Financail holdings are Private and not available to the public. I do not believe the owner of Tommie Copper is interested in anyone's health, but only in his PROFIT margin for his own benefit. When I contacted the company about my health problems from my reaction to the clothing, I got the run around. When I sent them the info from my Lab Test and pictures of my reaction, the owner sent me an email with his attorneys name and phone number, telling me to contact his attorney. NOW does this man sound like someone interested in a person's health, or in his bottom PROFIT line??? Copper is a Heavy Metal, insurance does NOT pay to have it detoxed from your body. With the copper in my blood, that means it is in every organ, lungs, brain, muscle, tissue, etc., in my body and the Drs told me the only way to get it out of my body is through a treatment program, as it will NOT just flush out of your body.

You're silly, Judge Judy doesn't handle class action cases. I mean that is what you are implying right ? Well you've just lost your case because if it mattered to him, Montel can now sue you for liability and slander because of your post. Lucky for you he is too busy making money and not hung up on spending his money and valuable time on hiring attorneys to go after poeple who comment like that. Just say you are not happy because according to the positive comments on here he's not lying. =)
