Hose length is greatly exaggerated

The 75' foot Silver Bullet hose length is really only 25' feet and there is no way that it would ever begin to stretch to a 75-foot length. Silver Bullet and every other manufacturer of these flex hose types are the same way, I have purchased many and none of them are the actual length claimed. Save your money and buy the 25-foot model as they are all only 25 in length including the 75 and 100 foot models. This is a consumer rip-off.

This thing is a piece of garbage, I followed instructions straight out of package and no spray. No water at all. Instructions no help. No one to call and ask questions. Just some damn Ai bot that spits out canned "answers" that don't solve anything. Don't waste your $.

I'd say this product is as close to a scam, as you can get. Barely lasted 5 months. Hole? Try 10" gash. Bought 2-50'. No way to repair. Gash so bad, water wouldn't come out the end. I'd had more fun, throwing the money I spent for this, out my car window, going down the freeway.

What a piece of junk! Purchased this 100' hose on 5/1/2023, on 9/11/2023 the hose sprung a leak about 10' from the nozzle. Today, 9/13/2023 it was not just a leak but a serious hole in the inside hose. Water didn't even reach the nozzle. I used this very rarely, just to water potted plants. If you plan on purchasing this I suggest you take out a warranty. I purchased this through Amazon and took out the warranty and have been reimbursed for the hose. I would not purchase this or any other such product again. Beware!

What a joke. Bought two 50’ hoses and they are barely 40’ long and when you turn off the water they do not shrink back up. Wasted a lot of money!

Purchased 4 months ago and it already sprung a leak..barely used it. JUNK! $40.00 down the drain. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Bought off T.V.. I got 2 silver bullet hoses. I used one of the hoses 3-4 times and it started to leak at the fitting with the male end. I got the 2nd hose out to use. Used it 3-4 times and the same thing happened! The hose rips right at the bottom of the connection at the fitting. Have a friend that his did the same thing! Hose may take a beating, but cheep at the connection between the hose and the end fitting. No way of fixing it!

Soooo.... I used a faucet that had not been used in a while. Apparently there was some sludge. The bad news - the hole in the hose outlet is VERY small. I can't get the blockage cleaned out. AKA. Bummer! It doesn't work!

Do Not Fall For This

Bought two of them last fall, expecting to hook them up this spring. The "75-foot" hose turned out to be 25 feet long, and the other 75-footer was ripped and is unusable. Very nice concept, but this is a complete ripoff. Back to traditional hoses for us.

Bought a 50' Silver Bullet Hose at local Ace Hardware. Got it home, hooked it up and pressurized it with water. Seemed shorter than 50' to me, so I measured it. Sure enough, it measured 40'. Also end to which you can connect your own nozzle is cheap plastic that will surely break quickly. Finally, the instructions indicate that you should store it inside when not in use. I suspect the sun will damage it or render it useless. When I called the customer service number, they said I should just exchange it at the store, really??

Needless to say, I returned it to the store and will NOT buy this product.

Siver Bullet Hose Scam

Purchased hose based on the advertised fact that the product didn't leak. The first hose sprung a significant leak a few days after the guarantee date. About a week later, the second hose actually ruptured completely. I am unable to contact the company via their customer service phone line. Don't fall for this scam!

No water pressure

Used the Pocket Hose for years even though they would start to leak after a few. I liked the ease of use. Bought a Silver Bullet and returned it twice….laughable water pressure! Like “no” water pressure! They should not be selling this product (Home Depot)! To solve the leakage problem they over restricted the pressure!

Thought the guy from Home Improvement was legit advertising this hose. Guess not. Biggest scam

I have bought into in years lol! Not 25’ - maybe 12’ ? No water pressure. Can’t even fathom why the water isn’t coming through it? Also water appears to be bubbling through hose - leaking right outta the box.

Feel so stupid for buying this TV ad that I think I deserve being scammed. Prolly will let them keep my money as my punishment lol! Avoid or take your medicine!!

This is the worst hose I ever bought!! It lasted 43 days before it sprung the biggest hole in it that it wouldn’t even come out the end of the hose. Don’t waste your money on this junk.

Opened the package, attached to my spigot and threw away the package. Should have turned on the spigot right then and there instead of waiting until I needed it. It had 2 leaks! Brand new! Do not recommend this piece of junk!

I bought these for an 89 year old woman who insists on watering her flower garden. They are very lightweight but not close to 25'. If they were the proper size I would give 5 stars

Very Very disappointed in this hose. First they call it 25 foot hose if your lucky it is about 12 feet long. I bought 2 of them and maybe you can get 25 feet with them hooked together. second they have slow water feed lots of pressure but slow. I will never buy this hose again it was a waste of money
