I joined Porch 2 months ago bought a specific upscale zip code. I have gotten several leads not in zip code but up to 50 miles away . All leads were horrible I do custom work these leads were for horrible nasty jobs I would never do

I made a profile for my company on Porch and was solicited for the premium service soon after. We are 2 months in on a 6 month plan and have had 50 leads, all of which were worthless. They refuse to give our money back for the remaining months even after advertising month to month.

A lot like the other reviewer I got very limited traffic from the premium account with Porch.com. After talking to the sales manager I negotiated a couple more zip codes free but started to wonder what the real problem was. So I went into my local Lowes to see what the process is and what a surprise I had. Not only is the Porch.com advertising very limited, just at the end of the isles near the bottom, but none of the employees even had a clue what it was. I then proceeded in inquire about the specific service I was paying for and was told all about how Lowes team was the one to hire and if I had more questions to go to Lowes.com!
