Scam - they take your money and don't ship it

It's a scam! It's never showed up in the mail, No one at the support email will answer my emails and the phone line is disconnected. They just take your money and don't fulfill the order.

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL FRAUD AND IF YOU BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL SCAM YOU BIG TIME!!!! Very deceptive sales practices!!!! They charged me twice for the same product, but different amounts...their "customer support" does not respond, and the TollFree 800 number is BOGUS!!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!

A workaround. Fixes problem.

I found a fix. I rolled up a small piece of paper and wedged it between two batteries in case. Then I put cover back on and it runs great.

The first one I ordered did not work. It beeped and lit up but was unresponsive. I called the CA # and actually spoke to someone (language barrier) who told me to just keep the first one and they would send another. Same results. I can't reach anyone no email reply. I tried the (347) # rings once and then dead air. I'm out $78.99 cents. Run do not walk away from this company (if there is one) and product.

I found a fix. I noticed the batteries moved around in case so I rolled up a small piece of paper and wedged it between the two batteries to make them snug. I put case cover back on and now unit works. Hope this helps.

The only thing I don't like about it is the lack of customer service. But it has had incredible results for me. So I love it and would have given it 5 stars if there was decent customer service.

They haven't replied to my query either and now I find that there is an extra charge on my credit card account and can't find out what it is for.

Hung on the phone for 10 minutes only to be disconnected.

Starting to think I've bee scammed!

I purchased 2 of them. Tried it , but it didn't work well. Very dissatisfied. Tried to call but the wait was too long. So I e-mailed support and received an answer that evening offering me a 20% discount. I e-mailed that I would like to return the products, 2 days have passed and I still have not received a response. If this keeps up it will be past there 14 day return policy. Remember always review the product before purchasing.

neck relax took money out of account $78 30 days ago. no shipping information and can't contact them. In the fine print it says they are not responsible for shipping and if there is a complaint take it up with shipping. there is no tracking or any information on shipping. I hope I get my neck relaxer because it looks like you can't get your money back if you never receive.

Does not respond to emails about orders that you never get, bad communication.
