My Sinus Miracle Reviews

My Sinus Miracle by Green Valley Natural Solutions is an herbal supplement intended to alleviate symptoms of sinusitis, an inflammation of your sinuses that may or may not accompany a sinus infection.

My Sinus Miracle comes in pill form, with the recommended dose of one pill taken three times daily.

Product and Ingredients

The company lists the following active ingredients for their supplement on their website, claiming that their formula can provide immediate relief for sinus issues.

Vitamin D3

Vitamin D3 has many benefits to your body. It helps maintain normal calcium and phosphorus levels.

It's crucial to forming and maintaining healthy bones, as well as maintaining a healthy immune system. Vitamin D3 might be useful in treating sinusitis and sinus infections, although more data is needed to confirm this.

N-ACETYL CYSTEINE (NAC)

N-ACETYL CYSTEINE (NAC) is used commonly for respiratory issues such as cough and inflammation, but the over-the-counter brands will probably not have much impact on symptoms.

When studies show that it is effective in reducing respiratory inflammation, they are referring to prescription strength NAC.

Quercetin

Quercetin is a flavonoid that shows promise as an anti-inflammatory agent. Flavonoids are what give fruits and vegetables their color, and quercetin can be found naturally in onions, berries, red wine, and some teas – just to name a few.

Quercetin is also an antioxidant, which means that it helps protect your body from certain kinds of cell damage during illnesses.

Quercetin may also prevent mast cells from releasing histamine, which may help with the symptoms of sinusitis, although more data is needed to confirm this.

Pelargonium Sidoides

Pelargonium Sidoides is the scientific name of the African Geranium, which has been used in countries like South Africa to reduce cold symptoms for years.

Several studies have been conducted that support the effectiveness of Pelargonium Sidoides in reducing symptoms of bronchitis.

Elderberry

Although there are several species of elderberry, the species that produces edible elderberries is the European elder tree.

Please note, though, that although the berries and flowers of this tree are edible, they must be cooked.

Elderberries and their flowers are toxic in their raw state and may cause symptoms such as vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea.

While elderberry has gained popularity in recent years in treating cold and flu symptoms, research studies conducted on elderberries have had mixed results.

More study data is needed to verify whether elderberry would have an effect on sinusitis.

Potential Side Effects

Vitamin D3 - Certain medications can decrease your body’s absorption of Vitamin D3, such as Cholestyramine, Colestipol, and Orlistat.

If you take these medications, you will need to wait at least 2 hours before taking a D3 supplement.

N-ACETYL CYSTEINE (NAC) - can interact with anticonvulsants, Atorvastatin, Calcipotriene, Digoxin, Diltiazem, Thiazide diuretics, steroids, stimulant laxatives, Verapamil, Nitroglycerin, and activated charcoal.

Consult with your physician before taking N-ACETYL CYSTEINE (NAC) if you are any of these drugs.

Quercetin - can cause tingling in the arms and legs, as well as headaches. At high doses, kidney damage may result.

Do not take quercetin if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Quercetin may interact with antibiotics, warfarin, and cyclosporine – consult your physician before you take a quercetin supplement if you take any of those drugs.

Pelargonium Sidoides- can cause stomach upset, ear disorders, restlessness, fever, and diarrhea. Do not take Pelargonium Sidoides if you take warfarin.

Elderberry  - contains cyanogenic glycosides, which make it poisonous to eat if not cooked. You should consult with a physician before taking elderberry if you take medication for diabetes, diuretics, or laxatives.

Do not take elderberry supplements if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Green Valley Natural Solutions has 36 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

The majority of complaints seem to be that Green Valley Natural Solutions continued to bill customers after they had canceled the service, and that the company ignored their complaints.

Customer Reviews & Complaints

At this time there were no reviews on the website, nor were there any legitimate reviews found online for My Sinus Miracle.

Another one of the company's supplements, Stem Cell Restore, has mixed customer reviews on Reviewopedia.

It's promising that the company itself has an A+ rating with the BBB, however they are not accredited.

It also states in their profile that they have been in business for over 18 years and they do make an effort to resolve some of the complaints listed on the BBB.

Is My Sinus Miracle Worth It?

If you search ‘what supplements are good for sinuses’?  You are probably going to come up with some of the same ingredients in My Sinus Miracle, including elderberry, quercetin, and Pelargonium Sidoides.

The fact remains however that the company has 36 complaints about them is worrying.  Added to that is the fact that the pricing plan is strange.

Instead of charging you for the supplement outright, they are charging you only if you like the product and want to continue the subscription.

Finally, if you take into account the sheer lack of reviews, and the fact that they don’t sell on any other website such as Amazon where they would have to be reviewed, make this a supplement to be cautious of.

If you have any experience with My Sinus Miracle, please leave your reviews below.
