Taxes not reimbursed on returns
The return process is unusual, but customer service reps were helpful, and return shipping label was easy to obtain.
However, of most importance: This company does not reimburse taxes! (Stated on website at end of return procedure.)
This doesn't seem ethical, but it is what it is and I figured other customers would appreciate the heads up.
Not only unethical, but illegal. They cannot keep taxes on a sale of $0.00, which is what it is after return end refund.
Waste of money!!
I am enjoying my sheets. I'm actually actually wishing I bought the Luxe. I think they are very soft and smell great after wash. Didn’t like the smell right when I got them, but what do people expect? The towels feels very soft. I can see buying another pair!!
pillow cases are small
I ordered a few sets and yes it pilled on the top sheet where my feet were. However if you turn the top sheet over on other side (seams facing upward) didn’t pill at all. Believe they may have sewn some the wrong way. Love the sheets, so cool and no sweating.
Save your money get something else
Mold grew on my blanket in 3 months and the bed sheets tore easily. It’s all polyester and cotton so you get itchy, waste of money and it’s a gimmick for the gullible.
lousy sheets
Bought these sheets and after 1 use it started pilling. Since I was over the 30 day return policy I was unable to return. DO NOT BUY. Not the best quality for the money. Have bought less expensive sheets at Macy's that were much better.
I had the same problem. Pilling started shortly after the 30 day return policy.
Yes quality is not as advertised. Mine pilled and absolutely looked a year old and they refused return.

An Ordering Nightmare! Horrible Customer Service!
I ordered a set of king sheets in color stone- I received a full size set in white. I called customer service and was told to go to the returns/ exchange page on website but there was no category for receiving wrong sheets and I would have to pay for shipping so I called back and was told to send photos of the white sheets. I did, and they sent me a prepaid return label and I returned those sheets.
3 weeks later I received my correct sheets, they looked nice so I washed them and tried to put the fitted bottom sheet on my king bed and the last corner wouldn't reach anywhere near the mattress corner. The sheet measured 72x76x15 not 76x80x16.
It took 5 emails and more photos to get Miracle Brand to admit it was defective and they told me to go back to the return/exchange page on their website to return them for a refund.
Again, no defective category, more emails to get them to send a prepaid return label. I actually got the full refund before I got the label, so I asked if I still needed to bother to return the defective sheets- I was told yes and take photos of sheets for proof.
I really should be compensated for all my time and trouble. Ridiculous customer service policy. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ruined Christmas
Horrible customer service. Ordered sheets for a Christmas present. Ordered early to ensure they would arrive before Christmas. When the package was opened on Christmas I was advised we needed a King not California King. Immediately emailed the company. I was told I am past the 30 day return policy. Yes by 2 days. The sheets were never opened. They are unwilling to do an exchange. Basically ruined a Christmas gift for my family member.
Misleading!!! Nearly impossible to return!
Dont waste your money, Nearly impossible to return!!!!! Tried to return 5 minutes after I bought on the website as I found them cheaper on Amazon, even got the "Premium" ones on Amazon cheaper, Very scratchy, smelled, and washed 3 times.
Returned the amazon ones, waited till the ones from Miracle ones arrived requested a return, did not even open, 7 emails later and a threat and I finally got my return label with a note that said I had 15 days to return, not the 30 advertised and if they didn't receive them I would be charged...I'm guessing I will have to call my bank for a refund.
They refused me, even thouugh I started the conversation with them within the 30 days. They refuused help of any kind.
The sheets are cool and my kids like them
I bought 4 sets of the miracle sheets and sent a couple of sets to my children. While I do like the sheets I had a note in my sheet set offering me a free box of the sheet detergent. When i sent it through the email i received an email back that miracle sheets refused the email. what gives???

Miracle Brand Sheets - BEWARE
I wish I had paid attention to all the reviews on these sheets! THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY; They are not soft, they wrinkle like crazy coming out of the dryer, pillow cases are not big enough to fit regular size pillows (barely cover) - They are just plain CRAP and a SCAM.

Poor Service
Horrible customer service. Placed my order my receipt that was emailed was incorrect, so I had to follow up and make correction.
Once I received my order three weeks later I was shipped the wrong size. I had to reach out and request a label (if they were smart they would make that available online) they emailed me a label five days later. I requested a refund since I had already ordered the correct sheet set from a reputable company, and I was told they cannot refund me, but will ship the correct item I ordered once they receive the incorrect item back, which is beyond me.
What they should do is refund me or at the very least ship the correct order while I am taking the time and effort to return the item sent, which was their error. I had to ship the incorrect item back, I received alert it was delivered and...no response from Miracle, no shipment notification that the correct item was sent and no refund.
A disaster company. I recommend CozyEarth, which I found while attempting to get in touch with Miracle.
No one can confirm the silver content of these sheets, nor has anyone reliably tested the bacteria-count after two weeks. We change our linens once a week. The Miracle Gro...er...Miracle Ear...ooops, that's not right. Miracle products are fairly easy to come by and, based on my sad experience, very few are miraculous. These sheets have all the earmarks of a get-rich scheme. They're flimsy, made of a polyester-like material and who knows how much silver they have in them. For queen size sheets, I'd guess it would be substantially less than a 1966 dime.If you want clean sheets when you travel, check them out with a UV flashlight, or take your own sheets.

DO NOT Purchase Miracle Brand
Miracle brand is NOT what they advertise. Their sheets are not soft at all. Their customer service department is not helpful AT ALL!!! They will not process a return after 30 days! The towels I received are Super thin and not even the color it showed online.
When spending $250+ on a product, you should have a guarantee of some sort. They are horrible at customer service.
DO NOT fall for their advertisement and that they are a premium product. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Stay away from them and DO NOT ORDER!!!!
You will not be able to return the items!!!! Not customer service friendly AT ALL!!! If you really backed your product, you would let customers return the product if they are not satisfied!!
Exactly the same thing, mine had been washed less than 6 times and they balled up and looked like they were going to come apart. I sent pictures this was less than 60 days and they refused to make them good or give me a refund. Their customer service is non existent.
