Ordered on oct.16 and no order acknowledgement received. Will call my paypal to refund money. Looks like it’s fraud site.

This insole states it is guaranteed. However, if you use it you can no longer return for a refund. To me that is misrepresenting a guarantee. You should be able to try it to see if it works!!!

These insoles are extremely painful to wear and they do not stand behind their product. They offer a limited lifetime guarantee, but only if you have not trimmed the insoles to fit your shoes. They instruct you to trim the insoles before wearing them because their insoles are only one size. They are a scam and I'm sorry I ever fell for it. Google "mind insole reviews" before you fall for their lies. Look them up on Ripoff.

I ordered 3 pairs. I needed to trim the pair I tried in my shoes because 1 size fits all and Mindinsole instructs the Buyer to trim before wearing. Most painful experience I have had for my feet. When I contacted them twice and got no response. Then I contacted PayPal, Mindinsole finally responded, but said they would only refund the money from 2 pairs since I had altered the first pair.I have accelerated my complaint with PayPal and I'm waiting for their response.

Based on all of the reviews that stated they never received their products and never received refunds even though their money was taken....... I chose NOT to order!

For all the people whose account was charged but never got the product, all you have to do is call your bank and explain what happened.

They will refund your money and investigate the vendor. I can assure you, will all this bad feedback, all of you will get refunds

I placed my order on September 16,2018. Today is October 23,2018 still didn't received it. Tried to call, send email-no response but they took my money the same day I ordered.

I haven’t received an update on MindInsole products since September 27, 2018. Yet, they continue to send me sales flyers. I made the purchase on September 17, 2018. I sent an inquiry and dameon responded that no such account exists. Save your money and headache!

I bought the insoles for my boyfriend for his birthday. I got an email on October 2nd stating that the order was being shipped. They also said tracking information would be coming. I never got the tracking information and I never received the order. I have emailed twice and asked about the order and if they would please respond. I still haven’t heard from them. Now I am out the money and my boyfriend is out of a present. I am on a tight budget and this really upset me!

I have tried to get my money back but like all these other reviews they do not answer emails and they will not answer the phone. They put you on hold and you finally have to hang up because no one comes to the phone. Just a loss of money. I have not cut mine down because they are way to big for me as i only wear a size 5. So they do not fit all. There would be nothing left if I cut them. Stay away from this company.

I can't really even review the product because I never received it! I placed an order for these inserts on September 16, 2018. It's now October 18, and I still don't have them. I've emailed customer service three times and have been asked to verify my mailing address three times. The last email I sent them today I told them if I don't have the order by tomorrow, to cancel the order and refund my money.

Save your money - don't order this product from this company! If you want to try it, do yourself a favor and order it from AMAZON at a fraction of the cost.

Scam!!!

Ordered using PayPal acct, declined product, stating PayPal declined pymnt. Lie!!! PayPal paid them, Swellecomm Enterprises dab MindInSole,the company did not give me a confirmation number, as though nothing was submitted, yet billed and rec’d money, and not only that, they billed PayPal 40 minutes later for a totally different ant. When I contacted the company by number on website, no human interaction, left on hold for quite sometime. This is a scam because as they let you believe your credit was declined, your credit in fact is extended to them, and then the submit an additional bill for payment to PayPal and get paid again. PayPal fraud team is investigating them, and will be looking at this company’s other transactions.

Do not buy these overpriced and painful shoe inserts! Their ads say they are soothing, and feel like a massage. Nothing could be farther from the truth! They have hard sharp bumps on them that they call acupressure points. But they cause extreme pain and discomfort! Trying to get my $32.99 back through PayPal. The company answered saying if you cut them to fit your shoes then they won’t refund. How else would you be able to try them!? This is a scam product by a fraudulent company. I am escalating my claim with PayPal.

I Purchased 2 pairs. Not only don't they work, when you remove your foot from the shoes they stick to the bottom of your foot. I have made repeated calls to their customer support, no one available, no one returns the call and worse 5 emails have gone unanswered. I am stuck with a $71.99 loss. Don't make my mistake!

I received my so called therapeutic insoles after waiting 3 wks. for them to arrive. they looked so good on the video and what i got was so CHEAP that I could have bought a better pair at the Dollar Store. OMG I got taken for almost $40 for a clear super thin plastic insert with a few magnets in them. I felt so stupid for the 1st time in my life falling for this scam. I calld my credit card company immediately to stop payment and sent them right back as soon as I took a look inside. Not reputable at all. Stay far far away. You could do better with Dr Scholls, i learned a hard lesson

I need information about returning the insoles...the smell is horrible and we are having financial problems due to a death in the family...I need to get a refund..they have not been used or fitted to my shoes
