I ordered this sofa to replace a worn out more expensive and better quality full leather sofa. This one is obviously not the same quality but at a third of the price of my worn out 10 year old it is a great replacement Looks great for the price. I know I've got more value than the price I've paid so happy with my purchase. Thank you so Much

Purchased a dining set for my mum I put wrong address on delivery & sent email with correct address they emailed me bk within a few hours telling me they have changed delivery address so that saved me phoning them nearly got it delivered 2 my house . Thanks Boaz

This is the first time that i have made a purchase on line and i was a bit apprehensive. i like to see and feel what i am buying, that's why until now, i would always choose to buy direct from a store. However: I am delighted with my new dining set. it looks and feels exactly as described on the website. I was looking for comfortable seating and a classy appearance..i am not disappointed. The ordering process was very simple and a text the day before my delivery, meant i didn't have to wait in all day..bonus! I will reccomend MadisonSeating to my family and friends.

I think this is the best dining table i have bought ever. my previous dining table was not that good but Madison Seating, sold me the dining set looks exactly as it was on internet and its of really good quality. Assembling it was not that easy though but i managed it with the assembly doc i got with the delivery.

My wife and I bought the most beautiful table and chairs from Madison Seating. We were delighted with the quality,the finish and the great communication that took place since we placed the order. The staff were most helpful and sorted out any issues promptly and effectively whilst keeping us up to date at all times. We also bought a mattress and again the quality was great, well wrapped and delivered on time as promised by Madison Seating. Ordered from this company after reading the excellent reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Customer service was great good communication throughout. The sofa arrived well packaged and was given a good time slot. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy from them.

Always some anxiety when purchasing over the internet but all unfounded. The seller telephoned immediately we placed the order to arrange delivery, excellent. The leather chair was superb and the delivery drivers were courteous, helpful and prompt. We could not fault anything as far as our experience us concerned. 5 star. We can now sit back and enjoy our new furniture.

We bought the white gloss table and 8 leather chairs.The furniture is very good quality, well made, arrived in excellent condition. My only gripe is the delivery time... It was 4 hours late and was delivered by an extremely unhappy 'aggressive' driver who 'threw' the boxes in the garage and was moaning and was quite rude to my mum who took delivery at 7.40pm. We ordered 2 more chairs.. They were also delivered 1 day late.. But the driver was much nicer!! All in all very pleased with the furniture and the staff at Madison-Seating well extremely helpful when I telephoned about the 1st late delivery and the 2nd one!! The courier/delivery company should take a course on customer service!!

The ordering process was easy. They choice of delivery was straight forward and better still it arrived exactly when it was supposed to. It was well packed and the table was manageable construction (16 screws) and 4 supports for the top. (about 45 minutes). The quality of the table was excellent and it all fitted together with no problems. When finished it looked stunning and contemporary. The oak chairs took 90 minutes for six once the best method of construction had been ascertained. Again not difficult, They are a nice quality and not that much money.. I got a large dining suite with 6 chairs for under $1500 that looks the awesome for a modern quality home. For quality and reliability couldn't fault Madison-Seating

We have a large extending dining table in the conservatory but wanted to turn our office into a cosy dining room for four. Searching for the right size and quality round dining table was a nightmare until I stumbled upon this company and this lovely round dining table. It came very quickly, was easy to attach the legs and is a solid and attractive table. Great price, looks good. I'm a very happy customer.

Highly recommend Madison Seating. Have never bought furniture online without seeing in a store before so was genuinely concerned about quality and service but I have to say that the dinning table and chairs are top quality, the service and delivery was flawless and the product was very well protected. I've bought self assembly dining chairs through the internet before and the quality was dreadful - lightweight, cheap looking faux leather and so flimsy I'm scared to sit on them. The chairs I bought from Madison-Seating were so different - strong, heavy, lovely quality leather and feel. Delivery was quick and easy to arrange too so very pleased. Thanks Mike

I recently placed an order for an aeron chair on madisonseating.com, having get it a amazing price i researched the company due to getting such an awesome price I saw this site and said the heck with it, ill just place the order and boy am i glad that I did, got the chair within 3 days, awesome chair feels like floating. I called them for some assembly help which they promptly and friendly delivered.

My suggestion is ignore the other reviews and try them out you will be really happy you did!!!

Website advertises Free Shipping & Free Returns but if you look into the About Us page you see they charge $75 for shipping and 10-30% restocking fee for returns.

I purchased a chair for $ 679.98. It came in the wrong color so I returned and purchased another. They said they would repay me when chair was received. When doing my tax return I noticed I was never refunded. They claimed they had no record of Fedex making the shipment. I called Fedex and had them trace the shipment. Fedex gave me the following information for my return of the chair:

Delivery Time: 5:15 P.M.

High Tech Seating is Madison Seating and that is their address They lied to me. I sent them this receipt information on November 10, 2015. It is now January 11, 2016 and I have heard nothing even though they know the chair was returned and if any error was made they made it.

I am very disappointed with Madison Seating. It all started with receiving a chair with no instructions on how to assemble, I had to go online and after searching without success, I emailed customer service and waited for them to reply with a link to YouTube for assembly, which I could not believe for such an expensive chair.

They also sent a part that did not belong to the chair, so I spent I good amount of time figuring out where to put the part, after emailing them they just said it was an error.

After assembling the chair, a week or two later I noticed the chair was small and I thought I was not very happy with the chair, so I went online and found a YouTube video discussing how to verify the size of the Aeron chair, which confirmed they shipped the wrong size. I am 6'4, so a small chair would not work. After I emailed them, they did not apologize, they emailed me a shipping label to return it. Which means you have to take the chair down and find a huge box or hopefully you kept the huge box just in case you need to return it. You also need to miss a day of work to stay home during the week waiting for FedEx all day to pickup the huge box.

After returning the chair, they said they would immediately send a new chair, they did not, they waited for the chair to arrive and waited about a week to send the new chair, its been a month and a half chair drama. Buy your chair locally, you might find the deal attractive, but they can care less about their customers.
