We bought the white gloss table and 8 leather chairs.The furniture is very good quality, well made, arrived in excellent condition. My only gripe is the delivery time... It was 4 hours late and was delivered by an extremely unhappy 'aggressive' driver who 'threw' the boxes in the garage and was moaning and was quite rude to my mum who took delivery at 7.40pm. We ordered 2 more chairs.. They were also delivered 1 day late.. But the driver was much nicer!! All in all very pleased with the furniture and the staff at Madison-Seating well extremely helpful when I telephoned about the 1st late delivery and the 2nd one!! The courier/delivery company should take a course on customer service!!

I recently placed an order for an aeron chair on madisonseating.com, having get it a amazing price i researched the company due to getting such an awesome price I saw this site and said the heck with it, ill just place the order and boy am i glad that I did, got the chair within 3 days, awesome chair feels like floating. I called them for some assembly help which they promptly and friendly delivered.
My suggestion is ignore the other reviews and try them out you will be really happy you did!!!
False Advertising Galore!
Madison Se ating will take your money
I purchased a chair for $ 679.98. It came in the wrong color so I returned and purchased another. They said they would repay me when chair was received. When doing my tax return I noticed I was never refunded. They claimed they had no record of Fedex making the shipment. I called Fedex and had them trace the shipment. Fedex gave me the following information for my return of the chair:
Delivery Date: March 4, 2014
Delivery Time: 5:15 P.M.
Signed By: M. Williams
Company Name: High Tech Seating
Address: 6103 Strickland Avenue, Brooklyn, NY
High Tech Seating is Madison Seating and that is their address They lied to me. I sent them this receipt information on November 10, 2015. It is now January 11, 2016 and I have heard nothing even though they know the chair was returned and if any error was made they made it.

Cheap ends up being expensive, poor customer service, wrong chair
I am very disappointed with Madison Seating. It all started with receiving a chair with no instructions on how to assemble, I had to go online and after searching without success, I emailed customer service and waited for them to reply with a link to YouTube for assembly, which I could not believe for such an expensive chair.
They also sent a part that did not belong to the chair, so I spent I good amount of time figuring out where to put the part, after emailing them they just said it was an error.
After assembling the chair, a week or two later I noticed the chair was small and I thought I was not very happy with the chair, so I went online and found a YouTube video discussing how to verify the size of the Aeron chair, which confirmed they shipped the wrong size. I am 6'4, so a small chair would not work. After I emailed them, they did not apologize, they emailed me a shipping label to return it. Which means you have to take the chair down and find a huge box or hopefully you kept the huge box just in case you need to return it. You also need to miss a day of work to stay home during the week waiting for FedEx all day to pickup the huge box.
After returning the chair, they said they would immediately send a new chair, they did not, they waited for the chair to arrive and waited about a week to send the new chair, its been a month and a half chair drama. Buy your chair locally, you might find the deal attractive, but they can care less about their customers.
