I would give them negative star rating as 1 star is too much for them! I ordered on August 29, 2016 and immediately my credit card was charged. On September 4 I received an email my item was 'shipped'. Tracking showed no movement at all and I notified customer service by email on September 9 as they do not want phone calls. I was told to keep checking. They then sent a change in tracking that the item was 'shipped' on September 13 and would be here September 17. STILL NOTHING but tracking info now says ,'pre-shipment' status. I have contacted my credit card company to investigate and credit back as this is a poor way to conduct business and I believe everyone should avoid ordering from them!!!

Buyer beware. I plan to notify BBB, consumer affairs and report to every consumer resource I can find. Very, very, very shady practices. Don't lose your money with them as they will never 'ship' your order!

We ordered 2 iphone lightning cords through itechdeals.com that appear to be lost in the mailing system. We contacted them after 2 weeks and they told us they'd get back to us and solve our problem. They didn't, so we emailed them again. Now customer service tells us they'll let their company know so it doesn't happen to others. So one month later we've paid money for a product they have no intention of delivering! First time ever a company has done this to us!

Beware of this fraudulent company!

Product (dashcam) not what advertised or ordered.

Box was smashed, no protective packing. No packing slip.

Empty plastic parts bag. Items were loose in box.

No instructions for set-up or use.

Emailed itechdeals.com three times. Wait forever for a reply, then the reply does not address the issues or answer my questions.

Itech finally said there was a problem with this order but did not say what and I have not heard back since.

It took 10 days to get the dashcam and I was concerned because the tracking number they gave me did not work.

I sent three emails RE this and got a robotic reply that I should have gotten a tracking number.

I tried rating them on their website and a ox popped up that said "You seem to be rating this poorly;; are you sure you want to submit?" Said Yes, and the site bounced me out. Tried mutiple times with same result.

This company is a scam and I do not understand why they are allowed to continue doing business.

I threw my money away.

My credit card was charged even though I did not receive a confirmation that the order was shipped. A contrite excuse for a customer service agent appeared unable to even follow my request to clarify what had happened. I will NEVER do business with these thieves again. They should be responsible for how dysfunctional their website is.
