Bought Bluetooth Headphones. Worked for less than 2 weeks.

We ordered 2 iphone lightning cords through itechdeals.com that appear to be lost in the mailing system. We contacted them after 2 weeks and they told us they'd get back to us and solve our problem. They didn't, so we emailed them again. Now customer service tells us they'll let their company know so it doesn't happen to others. So one month later we've paid money for a product they have no intention of delivering! First time ever a company has done this to us!

Beware of this fraudulent company!

Got an email saying it was shipped. Customer service says it was shipped from New Jersey. It is 11 days after and no delivery. Customer service is unable to help other than to point to the "Terms and Conditions" saying it may take 6 business days "or longer" to ship and and 10 -14 business day "or longer" to receive. What a joke!

Purchased a charge & sync cable for iPhone; used it twice at work. Tried plugging it in on several ports and even a plug - DOES NOT WORK. Called everyone back that I recommended this place to and took back my review. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

They falsely advertised their boxes to be a huge sale from 100 to 20 dollars, completely random, and make your friends jealous. I bought two boxes (which took them a week just to process the order) to realize 5 out of 7 of the items were exactly identical, and were very useless items or cheap items that I can buy within the price range. For example, they sent me an old iphone car charger or a screen protector wipe. I talked to their customer service about how falsely advertised their items are, and they made me pay my own return shipping if i want to return it and did not in any sort of way sound sincere or apologetic about the situation at all.

i have only ordered inexpensive items and have had no problems. I wrote to tell them a charger I ordered was not mailed and wanted a refund. I didn't receive a response to my email but I got the charger in three days. I don't think I would order anything expensive though.

I purchase Qty 10 8 Pin Lightning to USB Charge & Data Sync Cables for iPhone 5S/5C & iPhone 6/6S White. Not a single one of the cables work with my iPhone 6+ and MacBook Pro. They will work as a charge cable plugged directly into a charge brick, but NOT into a computer. The iPhone will just repeatedly flash and sound the chime beep when the USB end is plugged in a USB port on a computer. These cables are rejects.

Product (dashcam) not what advertised or ordered.

Box was smashed, no protective packing. No packing slip.

Empty plastic parts bag. Items were loose in box.

No instructions for set-up or use.

Emailed itechdeals.com three times. Wait forever for a reply, then the reply does not address the issues or answer my questions.

Itech finally said there was a problem with this order but did not say what and I have not heard back since.

It took 10 days to get the dashcam and I was concerned because the tracking number they gave me did not work.

I sent three emails RE this and got a robotic reply that I should have gotten a tracking number.

I tried rating them on their website and a ox popped up that said "You seem to be rating this poorly;; are you sure you want to submit?" Said Yes, and the site bounced me out. Tried mutiple times with same result.

This company is a scam and I do not understand why they are allowed to continue doing business.

I threw my money away.

My credit card was charged even though I did not receive a confirmation that the order was shipped. A contrite excuse for a customer service agent appeared unable to even follow my request to clarify what had happened. I will NEVER do business with these thieves again. They should be responsible for how dysfunctional their website is.
