CRIMINALS FREELANCER.COM/DREAMZ MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS
This is not a post for a job but more for the criminal activities by DREAMZ MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS.
I hired these inexperienced and unreliable people to add product attributes and pricing to an existing 150 products. Amir ([email protected]) promised they would be able to do this in a timely fashion which was not the case, they have no clue how JOOMLA/VIRTUEMART works and stalled the project for a long period of time and came up with excuses each time I contacted him.
The initial payment was supposed to be 100$, he changed a few descriptions so I offered to give him 25$ which in my opinion was fair. I told him I was going to hire a reliable, professional competent programmer. I got no response. It went into dispute today and 10 mins later he accepted my disputed offer. I thought that both sides would be happy with the outcome.
This is where these imbeciles start their CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. He logged on my server and deleted all 150 products from my website; they never entered these products it was done by someone else. I have a backup but just come to show how these low life’s can destroy an honest community by doing these things… This confirmed my first intuition with these people from the beginning, they are scumbags.
I felt a need to warn other people about these clowns.
It's a SCAM

Site full of Fake Ids and Scams
You will find an american speaking broken English....Yeah you will certainly..because there's no verification of the location like elance.com. So please take care...
And the site has fake id guys, Dumb projects which would never pay you in a dream like write 100 articles per $2 each of 500 words...which is more like a wholesale offer than a professional freelance writing project.
If every freelance writer gets paid $2-$3 per each article, then they will be living on the streets as they will spend the whole amount for their electricity and internet bill to sit so long and complete those "Word Mills".
Please stay away from these projects, people and site. Use Elance,Odesk,Guru,Get a coder instead.
Now a days even in these sites there are a few scams, so use your common sense to keep yourself safe.
Yes, it's a scam company
Whenever a contract is made, it takes money from both sides - the worker and the employer. They have no changes to get the money back, it lost.
I really loved vWorker (former RAC). But in the end, unfortunately, the CEO acted stupidly. I don't understand why Ian did that?
As many people pointed out, I had same worst experiences working with such a service, so I'm not talking about that (the same cases).
Let me talk about the account merging process from vWorker into freelancer.com.
The first site I worked online is RAC, you know when I say RAC that means I've worked for vWorker long time ago. Then I wanted to work for more sites, one of my mistake was taking freelancer as a choice. So after some projects I knew there was something abnormal with that service. At that time my e-mail address for both sites (RAC and freelancer.com) was (for example) [email protected]. Before leaving freelancer.com I've changed the email to something [email protected]. That was about one year (or more) ago.
After freelancer.com bought vWorker, it merged my vWorker account into the old one that I left. I thought it remembered the old email address I used - even I changed it.
Now I lost my vWorker account, which has good ratings. Honestly I was one of top worker for months. I don't even care to come back to freelancer.com.
Again, I was really loving RAC/ vWorker. But in the end, Ian did a huge mistake. In the end, he didn't protect his workers anymore. They should be notified on what will happen with them before bad things happen.
Sorry Ian, I can't tolerate and I can't forgive you for that.
Thank you Ian, for all you have done in the past, except the last thing you did.
Same experience here.. word for word. I guess Ian wanted to cash out.

Most awful customer support ever
I can barely believe how rude and unhelpful their customer support is.
As if that wasn't enough, who wants to work on a website where shady people hire women to get naked in front of a webcam? Pure exploitation.
Freelancer.com is unbelievably unprofessional. If you are there, get away asap - that is my recommendation. Awful service.
Hello Arthur,
I am Kristopher from Freelancer.com. Thanks for your feedback regarding the lack of good customer service you have received from our support group along side your concern for projects concerning women to become webcam models. Projects like these are allowed. What is not allowed as a project to be posted concerns more on being obscene or involving child pornography.
At this point I want to hear your thoughts and comments about your personal experience with our customer support group. We always strive to bring into existence a confirming customer experience. Send me an email to [email protected] and we'll have it reviewed so that we can improve more on our service towards valued customers like you.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Bad service. really bad
If you're still on Freelancer.Com after reading all this, you are just the type of sucker they are looking for. Stay with them.

Hidden anormous charges and fees, doesn't help to resolve any issues
I've been charged for 100$ just for winning a project where a client never shown, there were no any warnings or me being agree with this condition, sure they do have agreement according to which they actions are legit, but it just unfair! Also they said that they could help to resolve any issue but in fact they stay aside saying that they just introduce you to employer and they don't care what happened next, it's their's official policy:
Project fees are non-refundable whether a project is complete, incomplete, cancelled or re voked. This serves as the introduction fee for the employer and the freelancer. It is likewise for the purpose that contact details would be allowed to be given by both parties immediately. Our role as an online venue is already fulfilled when the the employer and freelancer meet, agree on and work on a project.
Note that Freelancer.com is an online venue for employers and freelancers to meet and work on a project. What will happen upon acceptance of the project is beyond our scope of support neither do we get involved in the transactions and interactions between employers and freelancers. It's our part to introduce the two parties but the project's success still lies only between the employer and freelancer.
Hi Dmitry,
This is Kristopher from Freelancer.com. I understand that you are upset for being charged for a project fee after accepting a project where the employer never responded anymore.
I want to take a look at your account and resolve this issue for you and see if a refund is possible. Send me a direct email to [email protected] with your username so I can work on it as soon as possible.
I look forward to receiving your response soon.
Bad Service! they are just there to take your money
It would seem they are acquiring other companies (such as the recent vWorker.Com acquisition) and doing the same with the new availability of funds. While they don't hold a lot of my money, I experienced about 16 hours of runaround via email that actually cycled through excuses consistantly.
In the end, it was made clear that they do not intend to honor the contractual agreements with workers from vWorker, and actually have probably been charging membership fees off of that right from the get go.
It's also clear that they will not provide legal documents (US 1099-MISC) which basically says they think they are bigger than Washington, DC. I wonder what the IRS, Treasury, and even FTC would think about this. What to do to report this information?
It appears almost as if their "support" is a automated formletter script engine that looks good for at least 6-7 rounds. They have failed to even address any requests directed for their Legal, or Finance Departments. Just keep talking Freelancer "Policies" totally avoiding any obligations under the vWorker one which they acquired, along with the funds, which were earned prior to their acquisition.
Just dont do it. I have been scammed also. UGH. $500.00 later.

Freelancer Supports Fraud
Freelancer.com owners deserve jail
HI
We have created a community group on facebook to form a front against freelancer. One of the members is actually planning to start a class action (law) suit against them. Another person started a petition at change.org in the hope she can stop this fraud. Join our facebook page an get the latest news about the freelancer.com scams and what people are doing to stop it. But most important how you can help us to make an end of this amazingly sophisticated fraud company that seems to get away with all of these things they do to freelancer and employers.

SCAM: Service not user-friendly and transparent, support sucks
I have had my battles with the freelancer.com customer service as well. They may have 120 people working there 24/7 365 days a year but nothing good is coming out of there. I probably received the same answer like 10 times, always stating the obvious and not helping me at all. On top of that freelancer.com has turned into the biggest screw job ever, screwing people as good as they can.
Freelancer.com used to offer a good service but now it looks more and more like a pure money making business that's doesn't care about the freelancer. There is no user-friendliness anymore and no transparency.
I contacted freelancer.com because I had an issue with the exam payment. I got free exam coupons and thus I decided to take a few exams. Logic would say that once I get those rewards, that I can use them right away, that's at least how ANY other website does it.
But logic doesn't seem to apply at freelancer.com, instead the company aims at screwing freelancers as good as they can. Because one has the first activate one free exam coupon after the other before taking the exam. This should be explained much better but again, freelancer.com is not user-friendly and not transparent. On top of that the actual section where those coupons need to be activated is well hidden.
What should be is that either the coupons are immediately activated after they have been ordered. If that's too difficult, then at least give freelancers the choice when doing the exam, if they either want to pay or use a coupon.
But currently it only looks like freelancer.com is looking for any possible way to screw its users, plain and simple. I wouldn't care if it was 1 exam, but I took 3 and never has freelancer.com reminded me about using one of my coupons. When do they think I wanted to use them? 50 exams later?
I have same issue with freelancer.com, I took their free exams and they stole my money. I have already reported this fraud to paypal.
Thanks for the review guys...It makes me stay away from freelancer as far as i can!
No way I'm joining after all that!
Hi Bjorn,

Customer cheating
I am very disappointed using freelancer.com.
I put money in deposit and they mislead me that I can use some free extra options (rewards). After I did, they stole my money from deposit and send credit charge to my paypal account!!! I did not even know that paypal account can be credited without my authorization with password!!!
Their service says that I should have navigated through multiple menus and activate my rewards, but it is simply cheating customers. Now I still have rewards in my account, but they stole my money!!!
I hope that someone will take legal action and close freelancer.com swindlers.
Hi Andy, this is Valerie Scott from Freelancer.com. I understand that you've had some billing concerns, and I'd be glad to assist you. If you want, you may give me your user ID so I can help you in fixing your problems right away. I'm hoping to hear from you soon. Thank you.
Kind regards, Valerie
BS, stop replying with generic email
Freelancer.com Stole $ 14000 from me
I have been a member of Freelancer.com since November 2012 and my total account balance was $ 14000. When I tried to withdraw the money, my account was blocked for 'suspicious activity' and my account balance has now been reduced to $ 99.15
Some one please tell me how to get my hard earned money out of this scam website.
I am contemplating legal action as well. Please advise about that as well. If there are more users here who have the same issue, please contact me.
I'm on the same situation, can the FBI do something like they did to Megaupload, freelancer.com people are criminals, I'm a freelancer, I just finished a project and my current balance is 750, and this morning I just got an alert that says my account will be cancelled, what I did? the client was very very happy with the deliverable but why freelancer.com is deleting my account, help FBI, Interpol, can somebody do something? get their money (ours), they have robbed billions from a lot of people.
Hi Sad freelancer, I'm Valerie Scott from Freelancer.com. I understand that you've been having some issues with your account, and I wanted to know if the problem has already been resolved. If not, then let me help you. I'll be able to assist you if you kindly give me your user ID so we can look into it and help you fix the issue right away. I hope to hear from you soon.
Kind regards,
Valerie
Hi "Valerie Scott from Freelancer.com".
Do you think posting a user ID here, in public, would be a good thing to do ?
I think "Valerie Scott" is a scammer trying to dig some gold for herself.
Valerie if you want to make money - then check out the post I made further up. In short sign up as freelancer on Freelancer.com and start to scam people there.
That will, if you agree to share a buck or two with freelancer.com make you rich fast.
I think posting a user id would be complete safe...
because as soon as it's posted, Freelancer.Com will simply DELETE the account and be rid of that "problem" customer who posted something bad about them!
Scam
Dear, friends. Be careful. They are scam. I was robbed some times in total about 2,5k $. They take money without any reasons after some period 2-3 months after payments. Support is the dumbest. Only simple answers as bot. Many fake projects where they ask for take exams for money. Many customers with 0 reviews which asked for your personal emails or skype. It is a hidden staff. They ask your personal info: passport, credit card with all digits and even security 3 digit! They are thieves. After some time they will get money from your card! They take money after you accept project, but if customer ignored pay escrow they would ignore your asking for help.
Never trust to them!
Best regards, Denis.
oh friend thank you i was paying already but i was hesitating if the site is legit or scam now i know thank you so muck
Hi Denis, I'm Valerie Scott from Freelancer.com. I came across your comment about some transaction concerns on another website and I'll post our reply here as well. I'd like to know if this issue has already been resolved. If not, then I'd like to help. If you want, you may reply here with your user ID so I can help fix your issue right away. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Valerie, could you tell me why do you care when customer complaints publicly, not before? Apart from that, what happens when a customer left Freelancer.com feeling scammed, but didn't raise this issue on public forum?
Chaim, It looks like Valerie came up here one day, spammed a canned message (just like they do with their normal support) and never came back... and so far, I have not seen a single response like "Thanks for SOLVING my problem Valerie".
Does this not confirm everything all these people are saying about Freelancer.Com by Freelancer.Com itself!! Couldn't ask for better proof.
Freelancer.com sure is dodgy
So we decided to run through our paypal account for a normal audit, and what do we see ? 9 transactions from freelancer, and we haven't even done anything !
Support... you cant't call it that, couple of people reading text and responding with a lengthy standard format in seconds, ie, already pre written, probably for the masses that have the same questions.
Onto account cancellation, their site says you can cancel at anytime, but fails to tell you how, and support dribble on about downgrading on the site, which we did, and guess what, it didn't work.
We posted one project, this apparently failed their policy, fair enough, but we don't think the deduction of $8.57 from us because of it. Their answer..... ha ha.... the fee is because it costs them money to list on google, which they do every 30 minutes.
Refund ? forget it, its their bread an butter, probably already spent.
Our advice, steer well clear in every respect, unless you enjoy being taken to the cleaners.
Thanks for the review....if only I read it a few weeks ago! This mirrors my experience with them as well.
Hi Transcom, I'm Valerie Scott from Freelancer.com. I saw your post about some transaction issues in your account, and I'd like to know if the issue has been fixed. If not, then I'd like to help. If you want, kindly send your user ID to me so I can help fix your issues right away. I hope to hear from you soon.

This is so true, they're sharks in every way! The worst freelance website on the Internet.
Freelancer.com is Scam 100%
What is your username on Freelancer?

He he, look at this, they are so badly reviewed so they need someone to erase these bad reviews by helping some freelancers one by one when they post their SOS on the web...
Why didn't your idiot support service help this guy?
He needed to write here, in this website, or maybe on other ones, to be heard by someone...
I'd so like to program a big trojan to kill all your servers... Oh yeah... But I couldn't, and will never do it.
Just want to prevent others, stay away from Freelancer.com, I'm sure it was funded by these Indians, again...
Jayke, they probably nevre did help him. Like you said, it was just so it would look good up here.
worst of all contracting sites
I have spend considerate time (and money) on the 3 main contracting sites (oDesk, elance, freelancer) and it really isn't close - freelancer.com is the worst one by far.
.) the quality of the bids is beyond bad. I am writing rather specific technical projects, and the vast majority of bids are similar to "i understand what to do, i can do this, i can start immediately". You also get bad bids on other sites, but there they are the exception, not the norm.
.) the search for contractors is completely useless, which is of course intentional because you need to post a project and pay for it.
i once got a mail from "my personal concierge" asking me if she could help me. i told her yes, she could provide me a list of possible contractors with the following qualifications (as said, the search is useless so you cant't do it on your own). she then provided me two names, one hasn't worked for 2 years, the other one for 5 years. i told her to leave me alone.
.) freelancer.com is the only site which charges you to hide projects from search engines, or to delete a past project.
.) the user interface can only be considered a joke. but a site which uses "experience points" and "level ups" to make it look like a game when all you want to do is to use it for business, says enough.
odesk and elancer are by far better, and i am missing scriptlane which has unfortunately been bought by freelancer.

Trojan Horse of NWO
Funny story, but I really don't think it has to be that complicated.
This KISS principle applies here: Freelancer.Com is just a scam, run by dishonest people.
Yes, some real work does happen through Freelancer.Com, but the issue is the problems Freelancer.Com doesn't protect against.
Hi,
I'm Abe from Freelancer.com. We do address legitimate concerns from site users quickly and effectively, but the truth is that a good number of the people complaining about being scammed by our site turn out to be con artists and frauds themselves:

If you have other issues or concerns, you may send an email to [email protected] and I'd be happy to help.

Hi Jack. This is Max from Freelancer.com. It's unfortunate that you had a bad experience with this user. I've forwarded the username to our Support Team and we will conduct an investigation. I will provide an update on this matter. Should you have any other concern, please send an e-mail to [email protected]. Thank you.
Hi max can you comment on the following please? Is suspending accounts common place in freelancer and what reasons do you suspend accounts? What about taking payments out of paypal accounts without verification?
Do i have to send you photos of my passport and bills and photos of me holding such things to be enabled to withdraw money. Why is the site so slow and buggy?
How come when i change 500 dollars from usd into aud and back to usd am i left with $430 dollars? Is it true that you take 10% of the money earnt from the employee and 5% from the employer?
Max, Ethan and all off you are probably the same person from freelancer just replying with generic email. Sad!
Okay Max, no update at all since January. Just goes to prove Freelancer.Com is a complete scam.
