Finally pulled the trigger and purchase "queen sized" flannel sheet set. When they arrived yesterday and I felt them was very excited, that is until I tried them on our Leesa mattress. They are so frigging huge - almost like a California King size. Called customer service and was told they are made for 14" mattress sets since most people that purchase them have that size. Really, us peons that have chosen a newer mattress and aren''t former presidents and kings/queens shouldn't treat ourselves to quality products?! Tried to use their "automated return" at boll

Sheets were very nice and very soft in the beginning. After about 3 months they pilled! Very disappointed! Would not purchase again.

Poor quality, extremely overpriced. Got to a Tuesday Morning and you will have a selection of much higher quality, reasonably priced bedding. Very disappointed with Boll and Branch.

If you live in Canada do not order from Boll and Branch! Horrible estimate on duties on their site. Then their shipper UPS only attempts delivery twice and only during hours when most normal people are working. It is actually insane that you can't pay duties other than at the door and if you are not home they won't drop the package off. So after 2 attempts on workdays UPS ships the product back to Boll and Branch and then they screw you by making you pay the return shipping...scamming company and obviously they don't know how to provide International shopping. Worst customer service as well. Stay away!

I purchased a set of sheets plus a duvet and am very dissatisfied with my purchase. The sheets are ill fitted (much to large for my already oversized king mattress) and are scratchy despite multiple washes. I reported this to customer service and received a condescending response that I should wash my sheets at least 5-10 times. What is up with this? I own a variety of high end sheets and never had to go through such a process. Save your money and don’t spend your money on this brand. There a plenty of other options for high end sheets that are actually high quality and who stand by their product and don’t expect the customer to go through extraordinary measures to achieve the level of comfort that one expects when paying such a premium for sheets.

I purchased these sheets because I have a successful Airbnb and wanted to have something special for my guests. I couldn't wait to receive them. The packaging was the most impressive part. Unfortunately the sheets themselves were nothing special. From dryer to bed they are wrinkled. I guess if I had a priority for organic sheets I might be more satisfied, but these sheets are certainly not worth the price. I have Elle sheets on one of my other beds, and my guests are constantly asking me where I purchased them. The Boll & Branch ones can't compare. The pillow cases are way too big for a standard pillow. So yes, after all of the hype, I am disappointed. In my opinion these are "nothing special" sheets.

These sheets do not fit well . After washing in hot water there was a residue [either bugs or unknown origin. ] left in washer..They wrinkled up easily and customer service is very poor.

These sheets are poor quality and do not fit. They are baggy and don't stay on. They are NOT softer or better feeling than cheap sheets bought at Wal Mart! I tried to start a return but their website crashes before it lets you finish arranging it. There doesn't seem to be any customer service, or perhaps they are just busy with angry customers. DO NOT BUY THESE SHEETS.

I fell for all the marketing hype about these sheets. I bought the white hemmed sheets in queen size. The first three times using them on the bed they were horrible and I have really been tempted to send them back. Even tho they are white the laundering instructions say to wash them in cold water. I have an 18-in deep mattress and the sheets have been baggy and bunching up underneath me which I hate. The top sheet is excessively large and the sides hang down too long requiring that I must untangle myself from them when I get out of bed. But they are large enough to fit the mattress and stay tucked at the end. I prefer a SNUG/TAUT-sheet fit. The standard size pillow cases are also very big and baggy. I decided to wash them in HOT water (I think sheets and towels should be washed in HOT water) and dry them for a longer period of time than "remove from dryer promptly" requires. The cotton fabric does feel nice to the touch. They will be a bit wrinkled. I must say that maybe some controlled shrinkage is the key as they were not nearly as annoying. I think I can live with them now but I'm not sure I will repurchase. I am also disappointed that they are made in India. This fact is not hidden but you do have to look for it. I mistakenly thought that the advent of this "superior" product was supposed to help make America great again. The packaging is excessive but I guess there are some cool YouTube videos on reuse of the boxes.

Purchased two sets of queen size sheets for my parents for Christmas; they actually needed full size. The followed instructions on the website to return/exchange the sheets for the correct size. Unsure she had followed the directions correctly she contacted Boll and Branch and was "barked" at that they DO NOT do exchanges nor do they return the credit. This supposedly is a high end business yet they provide NO customer service. Will never, ever recommend them and will post on every review site I can find.

Boll & Branch short-sheeted us! We loved our first set but the flat sheet on our second set, is nearly six inches shorter! Not happy with this change. Not happy at all. I also noticed the price never dropped with the shorter sheet. I gave it a five on the first two sets. Softest sheets ever and the flat sheet is so long it never came untucked. The sheets I received were nice but basically average. The problem was that the top sheet and pillow cases had a gray stripe which turned pink after washing with bleach. There were no cleaning directions included with the sheets. When I called to complain and request replacement, I was treated rudely and told the problem was caused by my fault. The company denied replacement. They said washing directions were listed on their web site!

It turns my stomach every time I hear their radio ad when they claim no questions asked returns accepted FOR ANY REASON within 30 days. A bald faced lie. Beware.

When it comes to sheets, my husband calls me a sheet snob. Yes, I am a sheet freak. I will never own any but B&B.

We purchased a set two years ago (on Cyber Monday). They have held up wonderfully! They just keep getting softer and softer with each wash. A few slight wrinkles - yes, but nothing you feel when you crawl into bed and have that "ahhhhhh" moment!

I would give them 6 Stars if I could.

I too think these are very pricey but the flannel sheets are fantastic. I bought a set, loved them so much, I bought a second set for our lake home. Very nice quality and huge. No more fighting with my wife in the middle of the nice for my share of the sheet. We must have at least 2 feet on either side of our king bed hanging over. Love this part of the product.

These sheets come in a nice box! But it stops there. Don't waste your money! Cheap 300 count sheets that wrinkle and don't feel great at all. Quite frankly, I can't believe everyone doesn't return them and put these nuts out of business!

Not really any different than other cotton sheets, but much more expensive. Always look wrinkled. Somehow they seem to have been able to block negatives reviews. Save your money; you can get better sheets for less.

I too succumbed to the ads on the radio and the internet and ordered a queen-size set. Instructions are to wash the sheets and pillow cases before using. After laundering, I placed them on the bed; they fit nicely. But I honestly can't say they feel and different from cotton and polyester sheets which I have previously used. Would not spend this kind of money to purchase again.

I had been looking for new sheets and I heard so many radio advertisements about Boll and Branch that I went online and ordered them. First of all, they are not cheap. The original price the for the king sheets I ordered was $250 but I had a coupon code that reduced them to $250. The packaging was fabulous but I think they could drop the price of the sheets if they used less fancy packaging. I washed the sheets right away and put them on the bed. I was disappointed. The didn't feel superior in any way. They felt, well, regular. Not even as good as the Croft and Barrow sheets I purchased at Kohl's several years ago. The sheets weren't bad, just not nearly as soft as I'd expected and way too expensive for a "regular" sheet set. And the pillow cases are HUGE! I'm not sure if I will return them or not. I'm still well within the 30 day window so I have a short time to think about it.

This is one of the biggest marketing scams to date. The sheets are paper thin and the fit is horrible. I have no problems with customer service or return policy. I returned one item but kept a set of sheets. There is no way you can get these sheets out of a dryer and on the bed without significant't wrinkles. This BS about thread count no being important is just that, BS. My heavy thread count sheets are far superior to these sheets in comfort, fit and quality. They are 7 years old and are softer than B&B. At some point, the market will catch up.
