As a follow up to my February 2, 2024, review, I purchased an HP cartridge from Office Depot yesterday (2/4/2024), and it works perfectly while the cartridge from 1ink is a dismal failure. As expected, I received no helpful word from 1ink, its customer service department which obviously does not exist or does not care, nor did I receive a return email or label. I did get the-return it and they will make the determination if it is defective or not. How about letting me know how to make it work. A call or email would suffice. The hassle-free return process or refund "policy" is nothing but a blatant misrepresentation, and I guess they think I will just grin and bear it. FYI the cartridge from 1ink did not make a single copy. I ordered the replacement cartridge from 1ink in October 2023, and received it in November 2023, while it sat in my climate-controlled office in a sealed box until needed which occurred on 2/2/2024. Will advise the Texas Office of the Attorney General of 1ink's misrepresentations and see if I can get 1ink to show cause why they should be allowed to continue doing business in the State of Texas. Needless to say, I am disappointed in 1ink and it is not about the $90 as I suspect they are doing this repeatedly all over the country.
Very bad experience
My 2 year old but very seldom used black ink cartridge for my home HP printer started leaving a clear 2 inch streak down each page and I emailed 1ink.com about the problem and received from them the following response: "We kindly request that you return the cartridges to us for inspection before we can proceed with a replacement or refund." Based upon their reply I anticipated that if I went to their store and returned the cartridge, which is still printing except for the clear streak, and showed them some sample pages with the clear streak, I would receive either a replacement cartridge or a refund, as stated in their email. I told them that my printer did not show a low toner message, as it always has when the toner is low, and that the cartridge was defective. They made it crystal clear that they never intended to give me a replacement cartridge or refund my money. I spent almost an hour driving from my home to their store to return the cartridge and show them the sample pages. I spent a like period of time driving home with nothing. I asked them whey they didn't just tell me in their reply email that they would not replace the cartridge or refund my money, so I could save my time driving to and from their store. They did not answer this question, stating again that the cartridge did not feel heavy enough to have much toner in it, was 2 years old and had been previously replaced. I believe they intentionally wanted me to waste my time going to their store, just so they could tell me in person that 1ink.com would do nothing. Needless to day, I will never again do business with 1ink.com.

I am just beginning the process of a "hassle-free" return process. Will see how far I get. I will also enlist the OAG (Texas Office of the Attorney General) as a sales pitch to a citizen of this great state (Texas) better be accurate and factual.

Bought ink cartridges for my printer. Opened order, the chips are supposed to be on the ink cartridges fell out in my hand, Needless to say when I tried to use them anyways. Never worked on my printer. Spent extra money to send back Fed Ex ground. Now the company refuses to refund my money.
Never again will I buy from company.

Upon opening the delivery box, I now have a ruined brand new $2500 suit and a $200 dress shirt are both destroyed with ink stains as well as having ink stains all over my hands!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is as if whoever packaged the shipment jumped up and down on the contents before placing them into the shipping box!!!!!!
The individually boxed cartridges were leaking all over inside the shipping box!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NONE OF THE SIX CARTRIDGES WERE SALVAGEABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will not even bother to call and complain. If their product is this inferior, I can only imagine how incompetent and inferior their customer service will be!
I SHOULD HAVE READ THEIR REVIEWS BEFORE wasting $40 that has ended up costing me over $2700!!!!!!! I strongly urge others to avoid making the same mistake I made by purchasing from this company!!!! I intend to share my experience with this garbage passing itself off as a company far and wide. They SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!
who wears a 2500$ suit to work with ink? How about the floor? or the table?

I recently ordered some laser toners from 1ink.com for my HP laser printer and also some Canon ink cartridges. Shipping was free and they arrived quickly. the products so far have performed excellent.
Great prices, you can't beat the value, especially for this quality of a product. I've tried out other ink companies before, but none come even close in terms of quality. This is my new favorite site! :)
You are being deceptive. You know that the HP has chips and when you try to install it says cloned cartridge. It cannot be used and they will not refund your money .

Did not receive my order
this is my first time ordering ink online...
i made a purchase January 8 at 1ink.com and they sent a confirmation about my order and that it will be delivered in 3-5 days..but its 20days passed i have not received the ink i purchased..i emailed them but they just told me so many alibi's and asked me to call the number...i am very disappointed..i wish they will just cancel my order and return my money..
Good luck getting your money back. Will see how I do as my toner cartridge did not print even one single page.
