1ink.com was founded in 2001 and states that their aim is to provide customers with an advanced, secure shopping environment for high quality, low cost printer supplies.
How Does it Work?
Though 1ink.com does not provide major brand name toner cartridges, they say that they have relationships with some of the industry’s largest and most respected names of generic branding.
These companies provide them with the best quality remanufactured and compatible products, and because of this, they claim to be the “company of choice” for major businesses throughout the United States.
In addition, they promise customers wondering “Is it safe?” that using their off name brand or remanufactured products will not damage your printer or invalidate your printer’s manufacturer warranty.
Once you have placed an order with 1ink.com, you will be placed on their email list and sent notifications when they have sales or discount offers.
If you're not receiving these emails, you may want to check your Spam folder. If you do not wish to receive these emails, simply click the Unsubscribe link in the emails.
1ink.com says that they offer a 180 day 100% satisfaction guarantee. This states that you can return your cartridges within 180 days for a refund or an exchange. For either, however, you must first contact customer service.
If you are looking for an exchange, customer service will fill your new order and provide you with an RMA number so you can send back your old cartridges.
Customers hoping for a refund must explain your complaints to the customer service rep. Defective cartridges will receive a full refund, less the cost of Shipping & Handling.
Returned cartridges that are determined as not defective, however, will receive the normal refund rate of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee.
