Like similar websites, each day Zozi.com will host new opportunities for adventures or experiences in your local area, from paddleboard yoga, midnight kayaking and urban zip lining, to getaway experiences all over the world, like 7 nights in a foreign country with experiences included.
Customers can purchase a voucher for the experience or getaway with just a click of the button for as long as that voucher is available. These vouchers are limited, however, both in the number that will be sold and the number of days for which it will be sold.
Since this website sells such a wide range of adventures and options, the prices will be extremely varied as well. However, all prices posted on this website are supposed to be well discounted compared to what customers would pay if they purchase the same item at full retail.
Unless explicitly stated in the Special Terms section of an experience, you have the opportunity to request a refund for any voucher within 10 days of your purchase by writing them at [email protected]
For getaways or experiences that require you to choose a specific date, you have 24 hours to return the non-redeemed voucher. After 24 hours, the purchase will be final.
There is also a ZOZI Guarantee which states that if you do not feel that the experience you purchase was the same as described on their website, you can contact them at that time for a potential refund as well.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We use ZOZI for reservation booking for our business. The old system we used was bought out by ZOZI and we were forced into switching to them. In addition to them jacking up the price (from $40/month to $300/month), they also managed to screw up most of our reservations that they transferred over. On top of that it has been over a week using their services and they should have disbursed several thousand dollars to our account so far and we have gotten nothing. After sending several emails since last Friday, I finally called them on Monday afternoon and was told they wouldn't fund us until after the events actually took place and that was stated in my contract. You better bet I read that contract top to bottom and it DOES NOT state that. In fact, it states disbursements should be within 2 days. Now I am waiting for call back from someone, but it doesn't seem like it is going to happen anytime soon - they have my money AND my customer's money, why would they bother calling back?!
