Zibbet.com is the online home of Zibbet, a digital marketplace which claims to be one of the largest marketplaces available online where every item you find is handmade, and nothing is mass produced.
How Does It Work?
According to their website, Zibbet.com is a marketplace full of independent artists, crafters, and vintage collectors from all around the globe. They say this makes it “a place where you can buy the most amazing, unique and inspiring products that can't be found anywhere else.”
This website works to provide their sellers with attractive and customizable stand-alone websites, as well as a store that operates on Zibbet’s global marketplace. Zibbet.com says this gives sellers immediate access to millions of shoppers around the world. In addition, they have worked hard to ensure that the inventory of both your website and marketplace store can be “seamlessly integrated” and managed from a single admin panel.
Customer who are interested in shopping on the marketplace can use this website like any other online retailer. Simply click on the category you are interested in finding products for, including Handmade, Fine Art, Vintage, Supplies, Jewelry, Home & Living, Kids, Photography, Weddings, and Sale.
This website is very clear that they will not take a commission from any sales you make, nor do they charge their sellers any listing fees. The only fees they charge are for the running of your online store, with a variety of different features and tools available, depending on what you need.
Currently you can choose between three different packages for sellers. The first is their Starter Package, which includes the ability to sell up to 50 items, four images per item, and basic statistics for either $5 per month, or $48 billed annually.
The second is their Pro Package, which includes the ability to sell unlimited items, upload eight images per item, see advanced statistics, create coupons, and feature discounts for $10 per month, or $96 per year.
Finally, they offer an Unlimited Package, which offers everything in the Pro Package, plus premium themes, full customization, and the ability to remove the Zibbet branding, for $20 per month or $192 per year.
Because this website simply acts as a marketplace where people can create their own online stores where they sell their own online goods, the reality is that all Refund, Return, or Cancellation Policies you might need must be provided by the seller or the online store where you purchased your item. This website does not promise refunds to disgruntled buyers who shopped on their website.
If you are a seller that has registered your store on this website, Zibbet.com does have a Refund Policy for the fees you pay them. They say that any seller is welcome to cancel their paid plan and request a full refund within the first 30 days of creating their subscription if they are not completely satisfied. Customers who simply need to upgrade or downgrade their account are welcome to do that at any time, without penalty.
Customer Service Contact Info
Customers who would like to contact Customer Service with any questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by submitting them directly to their website through their Contact link at the bottom of their webpage.
This company appears to have really mixed reviews from their customers, for a variety of reasons, though the main one simply appears to be that this marketplace is not yet well known enough to provide the traffic needed for so many sellers.
The other issue that many negative reviews caution about is that this website charges customers per month, which means that they make money no matter whether or not their sellers make sales. Many people interpret this as meaning that there is no motivation for this company to assist their sellers. In addition, sellers can easily lose money trying to maintain their online stores when it comes to paying monthly fees, versus transaction fees.
Competitors and Alternatives?
Certainly there are many, many different places online where buyers and sellers can do business with each other, even when it comes to handmade or artisanal products, including Etsy, eBay, iCraft, and many others.

1 ‘Zibbet.com’ Review
A Seller using Zibbet failed to provide an item purchased and declined to provide a refund.
Zibbet, when made aware of the Seller's unwillingness to provide a refund or the item, did not suspend the Seller. The unwilling by Zibbet to act implies it supports the Seller's transgressions.
