About ZenDeals

As, online shoppers approach the check-out screen to complete their purchase, they then proceed to enter in a promo code for a discount and it is declined. While there are times these shoppers will hurriedly search online for another code, there are others who will no longer continue forth with the transaction.

The development of ZenDeals came about because there was a need for a way to find e-commerce promo codes that actually worked. They felt that their validation process would be beneficial for online shoppers who seemed to be wasting valuable time searching the web for useless coupons.

Saving money shopping online is possible with the coupons found on ZenDeals.com. They have thousands of e-commerce promo codes and are consistently updating their selection, removing expired coupons, and increasing their database of affiliate stores. ZenDeals is unlike other websites that also provide e-commerce coupons; this is because all of the coupons they offer have been validated.

To access ZenDeals coupons, you must begin by downloading their software, called ZD Manager. You can find the download on ZenDeals website and, best of all, it is free to download. Once it is installed you may either search for coupons on the ZenDeals website using the first letter of the retailers name or you can let ZenDeals do the work for you.

If you are shopping on one of their affiliate’s websites, the ZD Manager program automatically retrieves the coupons from ZenDeals for you to use. At that point, all you need to do is copy and paste the promo code during your online checkout.

The coupon application software will place a cookie in your browser each time you visit a site affiliated with Zendeals. This cookie then gathers data about your searches and browsing activities. They compare this information with other information they collect and maintain about you.

If you do not want to continue using the coupon software application you must uninstall it. To uninstall the ZenDeals coupon application you can do so by clicking on the “Uninstall” link available on their website.

There have been complaints regarding the ZD Manager software. While it is necessary in order to access ZenDeals coupons, users found they had compromised the performance of their computer. After downloading this software, these customers’ computers were suddenly running slowly and ad pop-ups appeared frequently. Some of them even thought the software was a malware program.

Unfortunately some of these software programs have files that copy themselves or hide themselves under other files. Simply using the uninstall process, accessible on the ZenDeals website, may not be enough to remove the program in its entirety.

Scammers!! Do not purchase from this organisation

February12, 2016

I ordered a refurbished IPad Air 2 from Zendeals on January 24th and took advantage of the 8% reduction for cash over credit or debit card. This process went without issue. I then had a major car bill come in without notice and needed to get my money back to pay it.
I cancelled the order a week later and asked for a refund. It took them a week of messing me about before they would agree to it.

I started chasing them for refund confirmation.
Finally I was told that the money would be transferred on February 4th.
I am STILL waiting for the refund.
I emailed again advising them that the money was still not in my account on February 11th. They advised me that it had left there accounts and could they have my bank details to check for errors.

It is now February 12th.
My bank can't do anything because it is a cash transaction.

I can't get any traction with Zendeals, and they still have £312.79 of my money and I have no iPad and a car bill to settle.

Hi to both of you, yes, it took just under a month of badgering and unrelenting pressure, but I finally got my refund thank you!

Lesson learned: cheaper is not always the best way to go.

Did the first responder get their refund yet?? Really hope so, its awful if you really don't have much money to splurge without recourse.

I'm in the same boat but still haven't been refunded.
Ordered an Ipad in November 2015. After Xmas they started promising a refund after they ceased trading. Loads of false promises but still not result.
Doesn;t sound like I ever will as they have now stopped responding to my emails!!
