Can I give them 0 stars?

The wig is awful.

They have no address or phone number for returns.

I have been fighting with them for a week.

I don't need this as I am a senior citizen with breast cancer.

This transaction has aggravated me to the max!

Don't send them a cent...it's all a fraud.

First of all the wig was of very poor quality and the cap was falling apart. Secondly, it was a different wig from the one I ordered and was cheap but their explanation was it was damaged in shipping even though the box was not damaged. And trying to get your money back is a waste of time. I would rate them a zero I’f I could.

Have had a terrible time trying to get their address to send the wig back for a refund. They seem to be jerking me around in order not to have the wig sent back. Terribly disappointed.

This wig was way too big, the color was OK but looked better in the ad. Not too happy with product, very disappointed. I was looking forward to a new style from here.

This wig arrived and on taking it out of the box I totally fell in love with the color and the way it looked so natural. I wanted this wig to work for me, but unfortunately the style was just not right and I reluctantly had to say "farewell" to it...Broke my heart.....

DO NOT do business with this company. They are a scam, a fraud. They practice various forms of consumer fraud!! I ordered what appeared to be a lovely wig from their online pictures. I spent $162.00 for the wig and $10.00 for the shipping. When it arrived, it was NOT the wig I had ordered!! I had read the Return and Refund policy so I contacted the Customer Service Department. They refused to provide me the name, address, or phone number so that I could return the wig and obtain my refund. This is intolerable in today's age. As consumers, we simply cannot allow companies to prey upon consumers as this fraudulent company does. Please, do NOT do business with this fraudulent company!!

This wig is so comfortable and light. I've bought several different colors all of which I love.These wigs have gone on many travels with me and what a convenience. This wig did not look good on me because I have an oval to thin face. Also, I don't wear much make-up and this wig requires the glam look to make it realistic-looking for the moment. The hair is soft and the cap is comfi. The constant color to the root makes the top of my head look too big. The layering is very nice with the slight waves. Possibly if I thinned it out a bit. But I'm learning that I should only buy lower density wigs to thin. Less work this way.

Have worn this wig for several years and have received many compliments on the style; however, the last 3 wigs I have bought were not of the same quality. I hope to be able to get a new one like my first 4 wigs. I loved them and they gave me my confidence back. Please check and see who manufactured this wig. Will buy another when I can get the same quality and style. I give my first 4 wigs a 5 star.

I have been wearing the wigs for about 5 years after suffering permanent hair loss from chemo. This wig was a good choice for me since nobody realized it was a wig and I always received compliments especially on the color.I just received my latest order and the style and the fit are totally different. The average cap size fits like a small and I am constantly pulling on the cap to make it look right on my head. This is a complete change in style. I was very disappointed and hope this is a one time incident. I haven't decided if I will order this style again or go with a different brand.

I was very disappointed when I received this wig! The color was beautiful and it looked like the color went very well with my face color. However, the style was nothing like I saw in the picture on the website, so I am returning the wig in the next few days! I can’t answer the sizing question below because I didn’t try it on!

I love the way this wig looks on me. Most people assume that it is my own hair. I manipulate the wig a bit but noticed lately that the wig seems to lose its integrity a bit more quickly than it did in the past. This is not a huge deal for me but it does mean that I am replacing the wig at a more rapid rate these days. A few more discounts would be nice.

I love the style of this wig! However, the cap is just too small. I have several wigs from many different brands, and I've never had an issue with one being too small. This wig barely covers my top hairline, and I have to work with the wig to camouflage my side hairlines. I sew in wig clips on all of my wigs, and if I hadn't had clips on this one,I wouldn't have been able to wear it. I've worn it about 5 times but I'm always worrying about my hairline showing. I probably will not wear it anymore because I'm too self conscious. Such a shame because it is a very cute and flattering style.

"This is my second wig its a love/hate feeling about this wig.The hair on the ends are very dry and the front layered pieces of hair go in your mouth which is extremely annoying especially when your trying to eat. The cap is comfortable the style is okay there is a good amount of permatease on the top a bit poofy on the sides beautiful the first couple of days and then its kind of a frumpy looking wig. I've had alopecia universal (total) since I was 7 years old. I have been wearing wigs since I was 13. Needless to say, I have had a lot of practice at wearing wigs, and making them appear more natural. This wig style that I've tried firstly. I do like it, but coming from wearing other style wigs, it was a bit different. It's a pretty wig, but the color is a bit brighter than what I have expected.

Loved the wig and the color. But unfortunately, it was still too large for me. I wish they would make it in a petite and I would purchase it in a minute. There are a lot of cute wigs, but they don't make enough of them in a petite for people who have small heads.

I love this wig. I have alopecia so wigs are my only option. I love wearing wigs now - I look younger and always put together. It is beautiful. I wore her for a number of months (purchased multiple of the same wig). I'm a mid thirties professional - so it's important I look good in and out of work. This wig is sexy but professional. A lot of men, when I went from work to evening told me it looked like younger`s pinup hair (great compliment). You wont be disappointed :)

When I saw the wigs I believed it was a joke!!!!! a terrible plastic wigs, I ve payed this 160 euros!!!! the true value is 5 euros!

WigSis claims to be based in the USA, its almost identical sister company Uwigs (uwigs.com.uk) claims to be based in the UK. Both give their address as the DaYu Hair Factory, Ji Di Street, Yu Cheng City, Shandong Province, China. But it gets more complicated...Wigsis gives its contact address as 805A, 12th Avenue, Fairbanks, Alaska, 99703, USA. A search for this address leads to www.kimberleyshop.com. According to kimberleyshop's About Us Page:

What's the connection between Tidebuy International Limited and the DaYu Hair Factory? Your guess is as good as mine!

Both Wigsis and Uwigs use stolen photos of brand name wigs to entice customers into buying cheap copies at inflated prices - copyright infringement obviously means nothing to them. Yet according to the FAQ page customers will get the wigs shown in the photos, allowing for slight differences in colour due to different computer monitors and "extrusion" (I think they mean "crushing") in transit. They also claim to own 13,000 salons in Europe and the USA, yet a photo showing one of these salons actually depicts the Bravadas Wig Store in Dallas, Texas! I informed the owner and he was NOT pleased...

It is possible to get your money back via your credit card provider or PayPal. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN THE WIG, tell Wigsis that you know they are frauds, and make it clear that you will settle for nothing less than a full refund. I bought a wig from Uwigs that looks like a small dead sloth, hardly surprising as the photo on their website (virtually identical to that of Wigsis) shows the "Emily" wig by Tressallure. It took ten days, quite a few emails and the involvement of PayPal, but eventually I got a full refund and I didn't have to return the wig.
