WhitePages.com describes themselves as a website "with a single vision," which is to help people find or be found and then connect, and are currently the leading provider of contact information in North America.
How Does It Work?
Their website says that they access billions of records every month from a variety of public sources which help them provide trustworthy access to helpful information for their customers.
Customers can use their information to either find people, find a business, or perform a "Reverse Number Lookup," which is a specific feature that allows users to input an unfamiliar phone number and find out who it is registered to.
WhitePages.com is a completely free website for all of their basic services, since the information they provide their users has been collected from free and public sources.
Currently WhitePages.com does provide a mobile app for Apple and Android operating systems so that customers can use their services from mobile devices if they need.
Because this service is completely free and not a paid service, they do not provide any Guarantees or Refund Policies that can be utilized by their customers. Unfortunately if the information they provide is inaccurate, you'll simply have to continue looking elsewhere.
Customer Service Contact Info
Currently the only information available for customers who would like to contact their Customer Service team with questions, concerns, or complaints is to do so by email at [email protected], or through their social media accounts.
WhitePages.com generally has a positive online reputation, much of which likely comes from their long established history of providing users with phone and business information.
Competitors and Alternatives?
There are many other online people finder services available, both paid and free, which include PeopleSmart.com, ZabaSearch, Intelius.com, and many more.

I would redirect their emails to fbi.gov or irs.gov. this site goes under different names with very slightly different 'skins', but it's the same bastards. I would love to see them get a nice fat IRS audit and maybe some PMITA prison time.
My records have gotten mixed up with those of at least 2 other people with my (relatively common) name. It says I have 26 arrests and citations! I've never been arrested & have gotten 2 tickets. When I tried to edit the information, I was told I couldn't, but I could have my listing removed IF I signed up for an account (ie gave them more information about me and verified my phone number, which they will then SELL). Even then, some of my info (former addresses, family members) is on the other people's accounts, so people could still think they were me. Ugh. Just terrible! This company has a LOT of similar complaints about them.
