Wevorce, found online at Wevorce.com, is a company that says that though divorce is messy, they can help you and your spouse determine how to work through the issues, legally and healthfully.
How Does It Work?
According to the website, too often couples that are divorcing spend too much of their time navigating the legal system and the courtroom, rather than focusing on their children and their home.
Wevorce provides trained divorce professionals who will help you walk through “the financial, emotional, and legal basics, and also those details that are often the hardest to untangle.”
Their system takes couples through a five-step process that focuses on Foundation Building, Parenting Planning, Financial Mapping, Document Prepping, and Final Review, a process which they say ensures kids come first and costs remain affordable.
Their upfront prices start at $1,800, though the website says they provide users with something called a Wevorce Quotient, which assesses the needs of individual couples and outlines the steps they will need to follow throughout the Wevorce process, and then calculates the specific, flat one-time fee that you will pay.
The website does not provide a general Refund Policy at this time, but concerned customers who feel they may want information regarding guarantees or refunds should contact their Support Team for more information.

Reviews of this company say that it is best suited for couples who do not need to “fight it out” or who are in general agreement about how to divide their assets and their expectations for custody, if there are any children or pets involved.
Competitors and Alternatives?
There are many other companies that will provide people with the necessary paperwork for filing divorce or other associated legal documents, but will not necessarily walk you through the process of approaching your partner about the necessary topics at hand.

I tried using this and they said it would work all the way until (after a month from submitting everything and waiting and prodding and waiting) that they could not handle my divorce because I owned a house that I planned to keep after the divorce. THEN they sent me SOMEONE ELSES divorce decree. I am sure that person would love to know I had access to their deepest and most intimate items. Then when I got mine it was done all for California law and I'm in Texas and it was WORTHLESS to use for anything here so I have had to go the traditional route which is what I should have done in the first place.
When you register for Wevorce, they send you an email with this "100% Satisfaction Guarantee": "Worried it won't work? We offer a full refund for any reason for up to One month (30 days)."
They do not honor this. As soon as you sign into the app (which you do immediately after paying) you are no longer eligible for a refund. According to their support staff, "..since you have utilized our software we can't offer a refund as this goes against our refund policy."
I even pointed out that before submitting the form to obtain the legal paperwork, it specifically says "You acknowledge that once you click the “Submit” button that you are no longer eligible for a full refund."
Of course they ignored this point as well.
In my opinion this is fraud - they claim to have a refund policy but in practice it is impossible to qualify for one because as soon as you login you are no longer eligible.
Beware of spending $1000 for a glorified form that you can find many other places online!
