Absolutely Disappointing
Avoid then immediately.... Find any other palce.
Very bad service, once they grasp your CC info, they force you to buy and never respond to any of your cancellation emails.
They are overpriced frauds. The web is full of bad reviews about them. They are scammers.
They ship very bad quality and cheap clothes from China and deliver them... and then good luck in returning or cancelling.
Even if you want to cancel immediately after providing credit card info, they will ignore you totally, and force you to buy whatever garbage they sell.
Total Scam....do not order
They will never reply to your emails. I tried to cancel my order, it’s impossible to contact them. Ordered from them...items were being sent from China and they never came.
PayPal denied the claim however my credit card took care of this fraud claim. Do Not order from West Louis.

I purchased a dozen items, of which over half the ones I received didn't even have a West Louis tag on them, they were cheap chinese, poorly made, poorly stitched.
I processed my return, which has to be "approved", and when I went to ship the items I was instructed to send them to Israel! It cost me $60 at the post office, which I paid, and they ended up being "unclaimed" and sent back to me. Total rip off!
SCAM SIGHT
I ordered over 3 weeks ago still haven't got my package and i emailed them multiple times they will not get back to me i was givin an invalid tracking number so im guess i will not be getting it at all total scam

Classic case of Too Good To Be True. Ordered a jacket from the website. They sent me a supposed delivery from "China Post" suggest g my package was delivered when in reality nothing was delivered. I live in a condo with concierge that never misses anything and notifies me by email as soon as something is delivered.
This fabricated delivery confirmation was sufficient enough for PayPal to then deny my claim against West Louis. West Louis never replied once to my direct email queries yet provided PayPal with the same made up delivery confirmation as soon as PayPal contacted them. It's disappointing PayPal continues to support this entity and social media platforms such as Instagram allow it to advertise. I can only hope reviews such as this reach as many as possible to warm them. I have read other similar reviews as mine. In some cases the consumer has received a partial delivery of items that look nothing like advertised.
I'm sorry this happened to you Mo. Did you use a credit card for the Paypal transaction? It's possible you might be able to request a chargeback directly through the credit card company since Paypal has decided not to have your back.
Never Order From West Louis
Never Order from West Louis. Their website might look slick and the photos of their clothes and jackets look good, but all their stuff is drop shipped from China.
Once you give them your money, you'll never hear from them again other than flooding your inbox with "coupons" and advertisements trying to entice you to buy more. Want to return something? I recommend you just call your credit card company and ask for a chargeback instead. Their phone number doesn't work. Their facebook messenger will only auto-respond. No replies to any emails (even if you are a shopper trying to buy something and need help). ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Cheap imported clothing. Do not buy. Worse customer service. It will cost you $200 to just return the garbage products to Israel. Stay away. Do not buy.
