Extemely Problematic

This software just created more problems. I made sure our SKU's in QuickBooks, Ship Station and Amazon all matched perfectly. But we still incurred over 500 errors with mismatched SKU's product names etc... To correct each error was a very lengthy and time consuming process. I had called Technical services several times to find out if this process could be sped up or simplified, only to be transferred to a call center where the person spoke very little English, or had broken English that was very difficult to understand. As well as, not being able to help me. Resulting in nothing being done and an hour out of my time. Very frustrating and a complete waste a time.
Save yourselves the hassle, choose another Inventory software.
