About Vitaderm

Vitaderm is an anti-aging moisturizer which promises that you can look up to 10 years younger with just four weeks use of their product.

The Vitaderm website claims their product can increase moisture by 440% in less than two days and by more than 500% after one week, as well as providing a 60% decrease in fine lines after 4 weeks.

This is made possible by their use of ingredients that penetrate the skin, such as peptides, and also their use of a specific amino acid called Matryxl. Vitaderm claims that a conducted study showed results within 4 weeks of regular use.

If you are interested in trying Vitaderm, they offer a short term trial of their product for 18 days, for just $4.97, the cost of Shipping & Handling. This gives you up to 7 days to receive the product and 11 days to try it.

If you like the product and choose to keep it, you will be billed $79.99 at the end of your 18 day trial, and be enrolled in an autoship program which will send you a new supply every 30 days, as well as charge you automatically.

If you wish to cancel during the trial period or at any time afterward, you simply need to call (888) 543-9408 to cancel.

Cancellation

April24, 2012

I ordered the trial version, received it and after 14 days was charged over $150 for the trial version! I then received another supply approximately one month later. I called and cancelled the order and was told that I would receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours. I did not receive the e-mail and have since received another order which I refused. I cannot cancel the auto charge to my credit card without a cancellation number from the company. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Not only that, but I have seen little if any improvement after nearly 8 weeks of using this product.

Scam but the product does moisturize

March17, 2012

Yes, it's a scam because they offer free product samples. But surprised when credit card is billed $79 for each product. I tried the product and we like the product but angry at the billing. I was actually going to order a supply but now I will continue using Avon's night serum.

Yes, I agree this is a scam - there is nothing free about it! I found the product did nothing for my skin and the $79 charge is something I really don't need right now! I'm calling my Mary Kay lady today - at least their products work and they stand behind their products!!

It's a scam!

March13, 2012

They are deceptive and scammed me out of $79.99 for the one sample bottle I was just supposed to be paying shipping for. Don't fall for it or Aqualift. They charged my credit card for the shipping price plus the $79.99.

Buyer beware!

February12, 2012

This company advertises a trial product for less than $10; they proceed to bill you for $80 plus you are unwittingly signed up for an auto ship subscription. Fraudulent sales practices for sure. Buyer beware!

This is true; the same goes for the Aqualift that is adverstised for shipping and handling only for the trial. Then they do automatically charge you $79.99 for the Vitaderm and another $69.99 for the aqualift, thereby setting you up in their program under false pretenses. That is that they never tell you this when ordering the trial. Buyer double beware!!

It's true about auto sending, which is a nuisance. But Vitaderm and Aqualift work! My skin has never looked so nice. I will order when I need more.
