VFX Body is a weight loss program that promises to give women the secret for their weight loss success in a combination of diet and exercise which leads to “Metabolic Override.”

How Does It Work?

According to their website, VFX Body is designed specific for women because women’s bodies aren’t designed the same way as men’s, therefore women who diet or workout the way men do aren’t likely to be successful in their weight loss goals.

The main reason why men’s and women’s bodies don’t behave the same while trying to use weight is because of a hormone in the body called Leptin.

The VFX Body website says that this hormone is what kicks your metabolism into gear to burn stored fat, and while women’s bodies have more than twice the amount of Leptin than men’s bodies, women’s bodies are more resistant to Leptin.

The goal of VFX Body is to give women the diet and exercise plans they need to not only lose weight and get healthy, but also to reset the way their bodies respond to Leptin, so they can burn the stubborn stored fat that is so difficult to get rid of.

Unfortunately VFX Body doesn’t appear to have very many reviews at all at this time, and of the few reviews they do have most are negative reviews due to issues customers had with the company and poor customer service, rather than with the program directly.

That being said, there is a lot of criticism available for VFX Body at this time. The most significant criticism is with the way this company approaches the hormone Leptin, which they describe as being able to speed up your metabolism in order to burn more stored fat.

While this isn’t exactly inaccurate, it isn’t completely true either.

The reality is that when your body has high levels of Leptin, it thinks that is isn’t getting enough access to food, which signals to your brain to be both hungrier and to address your fat stores.

But it doesn’t just burn those fat stores – it takes the food you are currently eating and thinks that it’s job to store those calories as fat, because you will need them later when you don’t have access to the food you need.

This is not the way people who are trying to lose weight want their bodies to behave.

The truth is that doctors aren’t exactly sure how Leptin can be utilized in the fight against obesity and weight gain at this time, and any diet or weight loss program which tells you that they know how to use Leptin to increase weight loss just isn’t telling the truth.

If VFX Body users are successful at losing weight, it’s probably because they have made the choice to eat right and get regular exercise – not because this company has the key to Leptin manipulation.

Competitors and Alternatives?

As mentioned above, there is almost no end to guides and books that teach people how to change their diet in order to lose weight, including GOLO Weight Loss, Noom Weight Loss, and many others.

First of all, getting in touch with "customer service" is IMPOSSIBLE! I've been trying to contact them to return the remainder of my product for a refund and can only leave a message which is never returned! They make it literally impossible for a return for a refund!

I'm going to try getting it through Clickbank and if that doesn't work charge back through my bank.

At first I thought John Barban was attentive with his daily emails, until I realized they were really nothing more than sales pitches for his unending affiliate products. His "tips" are just lead - ins to these, nothing original. Disappointing!

The entire "system" is too complicated and time - consuming, in my opinion. And let me warn you if you take blood thinners: don't use this product or your PT numbers will seriously nosedive!

I SOSOSO agree about the impossibility of getting in touch with "customer service" !!!!! I finally had to call clickbank and you have to send the product back and then wait for a refund. I'll have to see how long this takes!!!
