FRAUD!
They will charge you even if you did not search. I opened an account in August 2023, did one search and paid for it. Then on 1/23/24 they charged me again.

the most important is knowing that the perso was or is convicte and how long ago
actually i thought the information was somewhat accurate except for the fact that there's not enough info on that person to run a investigation. however for the background check it does tell you what you need to know

I was not given title information.

i was pleased with the report i received and it was more economical than other sites i have tried. i felt confident about the security because the site didn't try to redirect me or keep asking for my cc information and the information was detailed and more accurate as far as i could tell. i was checking to see if someone was using my dl number or name and this website uncovered information about my previous address being used by someone else. thank you for being easier to navigate straight to the info i have been looking for.

This is a huge scam! I was attempting to get a copy of my driving record, they got all my info and told me it'd be $1. I never received the report. I inquired with pam on line and she said they couldn't locate any report on me.
This morning I have a charge on my cc for $9.95. I called customer service 888-494-9868 and was asked for email addy so he could look up my account!!! What account? He assured me $9.95 would be credited back. Done, well, I hope.

Total Rip off and Scam
I asked for this one time and I got my report. I got continuously billed $23.95 every month after that until I noticed it in January. I called and I was told that I could cancel my "service" and that I would be refunded for January. I did not agree to sign up for a "service". I looked and saw that they had charged me every month since my original request in August.
I called again and asked for a refund for the other months and why did they not offer that on my first call. They said, "You didn't ask.". They told me they could refund for 4 months but that was as far as they would go. I received nothing via email or snail mail for the months I paid for. I did get refunded for 4 months but not the fifth.
