About Trump Entrepreneur Initiative

Trump Entrepreneur Initiative (formerly known as Trump University) is an online learning center headed by business and media mogul Donald Trump. Over the years Trump has made a name for himself in high-end real estate and property development, but is perhaps recently more famous for his television shows, The Apprentice and Celebrity Apprentice.

The Trump Entrepreneur Initiative focuses on providing education through four main categories: Real Estate, Entrepreneurship, Management, and Wealth Creation. Each of these topics is taught through a variety of mediums such as online courses, home study kits, and through live seminars/retreats.

Trump Entrepreneur Initiative is not an accredited program, meaning you won't actually get a real degree or college credits upon completion.

All the courses and products at Trump Entrepreneur Initiative are backed by Trump's satisfaction guarantee. If for whatever reason you are not pleased with your education, you have 30 days to get a full money back refund, but you must be able to return all your materials.

Just had someone write me and call that said that they graduated from Trump University's 3 day course and was led to me by James Harris who said that I was a student there. Okay - that's not true. Then, he also said that when I came to him as a student I was almost broke and that the course made me successful. Wrong again! I have never been a student of his or the school I and never been broke.

That is slander and I would watch someone who makes up stuff to make their product look better. Hopefully the success of the school is not based on lies.

Whereas I am successful - #1 Real Estate Agent in Georgia, 6 years in a row, it was not because of Trump University or James Harris which I had no idea existed until it was brought to my attention.

BEWARE!

What a SCAM I attended the three day seminar and really learned very, very little.
There goal is to talk you into joining the next seminar, which can cost up to 35,000.
They use almost Gestapo tactics to sign for this seminar.
James Harris who runs the course, keeps on telling you how rich he is, what a bore.

Any questions you ask are never answered.

I would love if a news show would do an in depth report on this rip off.

The only one to blame for paying the $1,495 is myself and I am still aggravated that I paid somebody so much money simply to upsell an even more expensive program. While the information given seemed to be great news for people who have not been involved in real estate investing, everything I heard was outdated or not legal. The teach you to do Lease Options and assigning them with money out of your pocket. If they would read Chapter 475.43 of the Florida Real Estate Law, they would find out that the contracts they enter into are null and void and the seller has not to honor the options. Wanna see who gets sued if the buyer wants to exercise and get turned down. They teach you that the sheriff shows up on people door and they have 30 min. to get out if the house gets foreclosed on. No they don't. It is called "Writ of possession and does not work like this. I can go on like this and feel sorry for everybody who who joined their $35,000 Program. Have not seen anybody leaving a review that they actually closed deals. Not under contract but closed $$$! Feel free top respond to [email protected]

The amount of information shared at the Commercial Retreat was fantastic. The team proved to be extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions, and the instructor went to great lengths to make sure everyone in our class understood the material. What an incredible three days!

I attended the 3 day seminar that I paid $1,495.The information is very valuable as a beginner in real estate, but, boy oh boy, James Harris is not just a good instructor, but also a PHENOMENAL salesman. Package and package of training classes, retreats ( just countless)are just designed to lure you to become a Trump family member. By the time you add up the cost of going to these classes, you are just paying another year of your child's tuition. At this kind of economy, can they stop eating our last piece of flesh. No wonder why they called it a University. If you decide not to become a family member, they would not even talk to you. You are just OUT! So why fill out the personal profile sheet on the first day with 100% honesty?? By the way, don't get excited when you hand out the listings that you found. Don't think that they will make calls for you. In fact, on the third day, they don't even return to you nor mention it anyway.
Potential Trumpster, think twice before pulling out your plastics. If I were you, go to a bookstore and browse at the real estate books first. There are things that you can do without attending the class.

I attended a seminar last Tuesday and signed up for the 3 day retreat for $1495. After finding this and other sites with reviews, I decided this program was not what I wanted. 24 hours after signing up, I faxed them the cancellation per the contract, then called to see where to send the materials back to. My credit card had the credit posted the next day and there was no pressure to keep me from canceling. I sent the materials back to the address requested. Make sure you read the contract and if you want to cancel, do it per the instructions. I for one had no trouble getting my money back. Don't forget to use your credit card company to help you if they in fact are not refunding you per the contract.

I just attended a session with an instructor named James Haris and it was amazing. The time to attend was well worth it. He is full of information and energy. I have been to the rich dad and stock trading events and they don't even come close. I know these events are designed to sell additional trainings but they didn't have to sell me. The content and energy in the room was all it took. I am looking forward to my 3 day training with James and to my new career in real estate.

I went to the three day seminar and I didn't learn anything that I hadn't seen before. You could go to Barnes and noble and buy books on foreclosure investing and lease options and
asset protection and spend no more than about a hundred fifty dollars and have the same information.

The person doing the seminar said you could be a millionaire simply by buying 10 houses for 100K each rent them for ten years, they would double in value
giving you a million in equity.

Where I live it takes 20 or thirty years for a house to double in value.
They also try to upsell to another program that cost $38000. The contract has a statement that implies that there is no guarantee that you will make money after spending $38000 or
that Trump U is in anyway obligated to make sure you make anything. I asked about this and they said yes, Trump makes no guarantee and you will not be refunded anything if you don't make anything. For $4000 there is a local real estate club that will find a house with 25000 equity fix it up and rent it out for you.

Trump should guarantee that they will find at least 2 houses over a two year period get them fixed up and rented out and sell them making enough profit to at least break even.

You go to these seminars and they talk as if you can flip a house in a week or two and put $25000 profit in your bank account. If its as easy as they say giving you some kind of guarantee shouldn't be a problem.
