About True and Co
True and Co, found online at TrueAndCo.com, is a new intimate apparel company that says they create products that make sure every woman always feels comfortable in her own skin.
How Does It Work?
According to their website, True and Co is the first company that fits women into a bra using a fit quiz. No fitting rooms, no measuring tape, and no photos. Though this is a surprising way to approach fit, their website says the reality is that trying to find a comfortable bra fit using measurements is notoriously inaccurate.
The main problem is that even though the designations of bra sizes – like 34 for a band and C for a cup – are universal across brands, the reality is that the sizes themselves and how they fit you are not universal. Every woman knows that even if her size is “34C,” there are brand names and stores where a 34C just doesn’t fit.
So True and Co got rid of the measurements. Instead, their quiz focuses on how your current bras fit you and how they should fit you for your best comfort. To do this, they nailed down some universal truths.
These include that your bra band should be snug on the loosest hook without riding up and cups should encapsulate all breast tissue without spilling from the top or sides. Underwire should rest painlessly against your rib cage and the center gore of the bra should lie completely flat against your skin.
Using data collected from five million different women, True and Co designed a fit quiz that will assess which of their bras will fit you best and they recommend their three best fits, which will they will send to your email inbox.
This company offers a large selection of products available at this time, so customers will need to look at the product page of a specific item to see what the accurate pricing is for that item. Prices may change throughout the year as this company hosts promotions and sales, or whenever they add new items to their website.
This company does offer their customers both a Return and Exchange Policy. To return a purchase, their website says you must fill out their online return form from your account order summary and use the included True&Co return label. Products returned without the form or the label may not receive a timely refund.
All merchandise that is returned must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, and it must have all tags attached and be returned within the first 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to be accepted.

This company appears to get generally positive reviews at this time. Most reviewers were really happy that they sold such a wide variety of bras and options, and they liked the simple return system.
Unfortunately, many customers also took the time to point out that even though this company is very proud of their fit quiz, the reality is that it didn’t actually provide their customers with the right fit. In fact, many customers reported that they were told to stay with the same size, even though they took the quiz because they pretty sure they were no longer in the correct size.
But since this company does provide such a beneficial Refund Policy, customers may still feel comfortable trying this company’s products for themselves.
Competitors and Alternatives?
Uncomfortable bras is often a common complaint from women and there are many other companies that claim to have found a bra design that offer a solution to this problem, including Third Love, Lively.com, and many others.
