TruBrain, found online at Learn.TruBrain.com, is a company that promises people access to “focus drinks,” said to help people with mental cognition, delivered directly to their door each month.
How Does It Work?
TruBrain works similarly to a daily brain supplement, in that they promise you that with regular use you’ll begin to see improvements in your level of focus, concentration, and alertness all while reducing stress and improved mood.
The recommended use of this product is a single morning regimen taken with your breakfast, and the second one taken about five hours later. This should keep you focused and alert throughout the day, with effects beginning to kick in about 45 minutes after consumption and lasting for about five hours.
Some users may need to continue on their regimen for a week or more before they begin to feel the beneficial effects of their drinks.
Ingredients and Side Effects
The website says that their drinks have a blend of beneficial ingredients including both ingredients which are considered nootropics as well as those that have been shown to be nutritionally beneficial to your brain’s activities. The website provides a list of their primary ingredients, including Oxiracetam, Citicoline, Caffeine, L-Theanine, Magnesium, Tyrosine, and Carnitine.
The nootropic ingredients have all been shown to have positive effects on mental cognition in older users, though no real noticeable effects have yet been clinically recorded for younger, healthier users.
While not all of the nutritional ingredients have been shown to have a specific effect on mental cognition, they have all been shown to have beneficial effects on moods and general body chemistry.
No included ingredients have been shown to have negative side effects, though the website does note that some of their ingredients have a stimulating effect which may make it difficult for some users to sleep or result in vivid dreams. Because of this, they direct users to avoid their drinks within 5 hours of bedtime.
Each monthly box of their cognitive enhancement suite is generally priced at $50.00 for 15 drinks, made up of 12 regular drinks and 3 boosts. At this time there is a promotion which allows new customers to get this box for just $19.00, though the website does not say how long this promotion will last.
Shipping is included as long as you are a resident of the United States, but residents of Canada will have to pay an additional $10 for shipping while other international residents will be charged $20 for shipping.
In addition, they do offer their customers a $20 credit for successfully referring friends to be new customers. Referring customers will receive a $20 credit toward a future purchase, while the referred customer will receive $20 off their initial order.
Unfortunately their website provides no information about potential refunds or returns. Customers who are concerned about this should contact their Customer Service team before finalizing a purchase.
Customer Service Contact Info
Customers who would like to contact Customer Service with any questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by phone at 650-241-8372 or by email at [email protected]
Unfortunately there are not many reviews of this product from customers who actually use them, but rather from third party review sources and affiliates, making it difficult for prospective customers to know whether or not they would like to try these products for themselves.
The bottom line is that their list of ingredients is one of the better ones available in the mental cognition supplement market, in that they have all been shown to have some sort of beneficial effect.
That being said, the problem is that these supplements will not affect two people in the same way. One person may find these products too stimulating and agitating, while someone else may feel very positive effects, and a third person would feel absolutely nothing. It is up to the customer to try for themselves, though you should contact Customer Service and get information about possible refunds before committing to a purchase.

Most definitely a scam. They charged me the ten dollars and I specifically asked to only do the free trial and checked the box to say that I do not want a monthly subscription and what do you know I am charged 65 dollars the following month. Now I am able to return but to cancel a subscription I already didn’t sign up for is even harder. They are now trying to tell me I have no account and that without the email I signed up with I can’t cancel it even though I have the starting email they sent me when i first started the free trial. Poor service and the product didn’t even work at all.
They give you a low promotional price, and then trick you into signing up for their subscription. When you attempt to cancel your subscription however, they rush to ship the product (so they can charge you) rather than process your cancellation.
While all cancellations have to apparently be manually processed, that doesn't seem to be the case with their subscription/delivery. When I put in my cancellation request, rather than flag my request, their system went ahead and rushed to ship me the product. Turns out, in addition to filling out the cancellation form online, you also have to fill out a link they email you after you have already filled out the cancellation form. And, they will not get back to your request on time.
This is a total scam. STAY AWAY.
