About Trello.com

Trello.com is the online home of Trello, a new website and company which says they give their users the ability to organize anything, from your thoughts and inspirations to a project, event, and more.

How Does It Work?

Getting started with Trello is designed to be extremely quick and easy. Users can set up their pages right away with their easy to use interface which is described as able for users to "understand in no time" with every action being instantaneous and nothing standing between you and what you need to be productive.

All your Trello.com boards will be completely private unless you choose to share them with others. These boards can also be used together as part of a team or group project so everyone is always aware of what is being done and what still needs to be worked on.

Cost/Price Plans

Trello promises that their service is completely free to use, both now and forever. They promise that they will never switch over to a paid service, so you can use this service with confidence.

Mobile Options

Trello.com is accessible by mobile devices as well, so you can work and make notes whenever you feel the need. They're available on Android, iPhone, iPad, and Windows 8.

Refund Policy

Since this service is completely free to register for, use, and maintain over time, there is no need for them to provide their members and users with a Refund Policy.

Customer Service Contact Info

Customers who wish to contact their Customer Service team to discuss any questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by traditional mail at 55 Broadway, 25th Floor, New York, NY 10006, or by email at [email protected]

Reputation

Trello seems well liked by both user reviews and third party independent reviewers, not only for its organizational purposes but for the wide array of personalization choices you can make so that its format best suits you.

Competitors and Alternatives?

There are other websites that do offer these same services online, including Asana, which is more focused on collaborative products, and others like Evernote and Jira.
