I purchased 2 of these. While they do heat, their design is defective and dangerous. When you plug them in there is no support on the bottom to balance them in the outlet. They tilt becoming partially unplugged and expose the prongs. In some cases they fall from the outlet which could be a fire hazard.

The company refunded my purchase after 3 calls and several emails. They do not respond to the emails they told me. Their return address on their website has the incorrect zip code making returns difficult. A savvy postal employee figured this out. Also, the non refundable postal fee is more than $20.

Hard NOT to use offensive language. Bought this supposedly at 50% off and free shipping. It is a pile of junk. Upon setting it up, it stopped generating heat after the first 3 minutes when I had set it for 5 hours.

It did not change the temperature in my small kitchen at all. You can tell by the very broken language of the directions that it is from a foreign country. It does not work at all!

I'm beyond angry! I ordered several heaters in the beginning of Nov. When I call to find out where my order is, I'm told it will arrive within 4 to 5 business days.

When I email them, I get a return email stating it is not a real email account! This is a scam! I will be giving my opinion of this company on every social media site out there, and I will be reporting them to the BBB!

I ordered three of these through Alpha heaters which are the exact same advertisement and same product. Please note that theirs is plugged in sitting on the floor. I could not get a single plug in my house to hold one of these up. They have to be propped up.

And in addition if you plug it into an extension cord you can lay it down upside down sideways anyway you want and it does not ever shut off. They caution you not to leave the room when it is operating nor sleep while it is operating.

They claim to be an American company but the product is made in China. I kept it plugged up in a regular room a 10 x 12 for 4 hours and it never raised the temperature in the room.

It is a piece of garbage and they say if you return it they may or may not receive it. I think they are totally a scam and they are using different business names to sell the product and not be caught. Do not waste your money!

I finally received my little heater. Note that the packaging was very flimsy, not double boxed which would be more normal. The heater is defective; it just doesn't turn on at all.

When I called the company, they did send me the return authorization number. I have to pack this heater up and return it to them at my expense. Then I call them with a tracking number and supposedly they will process my refund. It will be interesting to see if I get it.
