SNAKE OIL
Montel weren't you recently diagnosed with some sort of disease, I do not recall what it was, but when watching you do your snake oil pitch I do notice your neck muscle flexing, as some sort of muscle disease. I do wish you well, however, why would you be pitching products you know do harm or do not work at all, how would you like to be told there is a cure for your disease only to find out it was bs.
Well my brotha that's what you are doing, do you need the money that bad, or are you just a greedy man with no conscience. Do me a favor take an inventory my friend Karma's a *****. and to all who read this review if it sounds to good to be true it Always Is. Save Your Money.

Montel has MS
I will not buy ANY products pitched by Montel. Just google montel scams and you get pages of hits. Most notably the heath juicer and his payday loan scam. This will probably be just like the rest. Just my opinion.
No where does this person say they used or tried the product? All the do is condemn it based on the spokesperson? 95% of the people that have ACTUALLY USED IT (like myself) have found it helpful. Not saying it will work for everyone but 90% is pretty good odds.
Why did you watch? IF YOU HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY, THEN DON'T SAY ANYTHING.

It is not a muscle disease you idiot it is MS. As in Muliple Sclerosis which is a neurological disease. I don't care what you think of him or the product but don't assume to know what is wrong with someone just by looking at them. I have MS and I don't appreciate idiots like you who don't even have the balls to ask questions.
David, I must agree with Stacey. Williams has had MS for thirteen years and he works daily to prevent it from worsening. No where in your rant do you indicate every having used TC products. You sound like someone with a lot of sour grapes who trolls for threads simply so you can rag on them. Your rant is unconstructive and very immature.

Glove stitching is substandard in quality
I bought a pair of Tommie Copper gloves with the end of fingers removed. They helped with my arthritis pain; however the stitching ripped out within three weeks. I resowed both gloves twice.
I would not buy these poor quality gloves again, unless they came with a 6 month warranty. They are not cheap in cost either.
Elbow pain, gone

I play softball/baseball year round and I have constant elbow pain from when I was a child playing through the ranks of little league to high school and beyond... Now that I wear my tommie copper elbow brace, i've been pretty much pain free. The catch is, you should wear it the night prior to playing, because if you put it on while you have the pain, then it defeats the purpose. It's very comfortable to wear 24/7. I recommend these products.
This sounds like its from someone affiliated with the company. I'm sorry, I just don't believe this one.

I bought the fingerless gloves for the arthritis pain at the base of my thumb. I wore the gloves for a few days, for almost 24 hours per day. I did not feel any improvement in my pain. Sorry, Montel. Not for me.
Hog Wash
This is so hard to believe! When I saw that Montel Williams as a spokesman for this product, it made it even harder to believe. My sister had to file bankruptcy because she fell for That Money Mutual scam that was also sponsored by Montel Williams!!

It seems to me it's all in what your soreness is. I had a knee replacement 4 yrs ago & formed inside scar tissue which prevents me from bending past 90%.
I need to have the other knee done too but with the T.C. on I have no more knee pain in that knee. The replacement knee is a little bit better but not much. A perfect example of what it works for & what not.
If I had these 4 yrs ago I wouldn't have had the replacement done.
My only issue is they roll down my chubby knees but T.C. put a rubber stay up on them, it just dosn't work for me & gravity wins. They say they're gonna make a bigger size & maybe that'll be better.

they worked for me immediatly & I love them.
I wish these were available 4 yrs ago & I wouldn't have had my replacement.
My only issue is they roll down with my chubby knees so if you have chubby knees then wait til they make a bigger size which they say they're going to do.
If you don't have chubbys then just go ahead & order them because T.C. has added a rubber top to stay up, it just dosn't work for me & gravity wins again.

Have seen the ad in the past but never really paid attention to it thinking that this is another rip-off. Saw the ad again over the weekend and wanted to give it a try if it can really help relieve the pain as claimed. Decided to check the reviews first before I even place an order. Seems like there had been a lot of customers who were dissatisfied with the product during the 1st two weeks of March while there's also a lot of happy customers who purchased in Feb 2013?
I have a lot of pain issues and have been living with them and am still looking for a solution. I thought I found a solution but still playing it by ear for now.
I really appreciate the comments of everyone but what's holding me off from trying is the compliant on lousy the customer service and the poor quality of the product for the price.
I'm just ordering tonight. I have a terrible knee - hit by a truck while walking to my car - then feel on the same knee on concrete and that required surgery for two tears. Now, I'm in more pain than ever because he disturbed the already damaged nerves and damaged a ligament (which I didn't have a prob. with before) So, I'm trying this. If it doesn't' work , I'm sending it back. So, why not give it a try. You can always send it all back in 30 days.
I totally agree with you Edward. I feel the same way. I also don't trust the return policy. I have a friend that bought a knee and an elbow brace. He said the elbow brace helped some, but not much help on the knee brace. He said if they were half the price, he'd say OK, but doesn't really recommend them at this price.
I just purchased 1knee brace now Edward an Jim I'm a long time well 2 1/2years since my accident r femur shattered at the knee joint so hav been on huge amounts of pain killers since then! So once I receive it I will wear it 23/7 then let you know a honest review.......... If I can find this one again! Hope to god this works as well!!!
I am an Aussie too and diclocated my knee 18 months ago -descibided as a life changing depilitating injury .Im in constant pain and need support for my knee joint .I would really like to know if it helps ''Aussie in Pain " I dont expect miracles .

I will tell you that if your in pain and they are willing to give a 30 day money back Guarantee. The only thing you have to loose is the cost of return shipping. I use the product on my hands and upper body. I do feel that the days that I wear them I have less pain. Look everyone is different, and entitled to their opinion, it would be a shame to live in pain based one someone else's experiences. Good Luck and Good Health!

I was just about to order this product online but decided to read reviews first. After reading all of the negative responses I deleted all of my information.I am very disappointed because I thought because of the testimony given by Montel Williams it really worked.
I wouldn't knock it just yet... I am very satisfied with this product. I have the m we and gloves. My mom has the shorts and my dad the shirt/gloves. None of us have a complaint t about this product at all. Trust me it works..

you could buy a glue that is water based that is specifically for compression hoes or any kind of this you would like to stay up. It is called it stays I purchase it for 10.00 a bottle at a medical supply store. It depends on how much you use it depends on how long it will last. It works!!

If the elastic band caused any irritation, you may be allergic to the elastic or rubber material. I have the same problem...
I'm not sure if the knee sleeve is too tight around the top band.
Will it interfere with circulation because of the tight band?
I agree the rubber on the knee band caused me to break out in a rash and did nothing to ease my arthritis pain

Tammy, I did not wait as long as you did. I also had a problem with the Coupon code. However, I can honestly say that Amy, the live chat support operator was very helpful. She researched the issue, sent my issue to the marketing team and I received a response with the code! All of this was done within 10 minutes if that and she stayed logged on chatting the entire time. Very happy with the results. I have already placed my order.
So far I'm also a little dismayed with the company, I ordered two knee sleeves from their main website tommiecopper.com, was dismayed to learn that you have to order from the tommiecopper.tv site to get the discount on shipping. IMHO that's just false advertising since nothing on the tv infomercials I saw stated that you would only get the shipping discount from the .tv site. Their customer service response was to order from the .tv site to get the discount, so I'd have to cancel and reorder to get it.
I do know that compression wear generally helps with joint pain. Hoping these fit well and that they are more comfortable than the cheaper ones I get at the drug store.
Truck Driving Hubby
My husband is a truck driver and was having a lot of pain in his hands from long hours of gripping the steering wheel as well as some beginning stages of arthritis. I purchased the half-finger gloves for him. He says his hands do feel better when he wears them, however, after only 1 weeks of wearing the grippers are already breaking down. He does put his work gloves over them if he does anything else beside driving (such as putting the landing gear up or down) so I would certainly expect this to hold up longer (especially for the price). Also, I notice that the ends of the fingers tend to fray a little. I did purchase 2 pairs originally because of the savings in shipping, however, I was not expecting to have to replace these so soon. Great product, but needs some tweaking.

Learned a lesson........
I have had right knee and hip pain for more than a year ! I had to get buy through the fishing season before getting either my hip or knee replaced !! Over the years I have tried every type of knee wrap I could find , all would eventually hurt more than the knee after a while ! The best I came up with was the surgical socks left over from a previous knee replacement , until I FINALLY ordered the TOMMIE COPPER products for the KNEE , Hips Shorts and Wrist ,hand gloves! ! I have been SHOCKED , with in a few hours I noticed relief in my knees ! Wearing the shorts over night ,I noticed relief in hip pain in the morning !! I am now into 4 days of Unbelievable PAIN RELIEF !!! The swelling in the knee has also gone down by half !! If the results continue YOU will be selling a lot more product ,cause I have a big mouth and a lot of friends with aches and pains from years of commercial fishing !! Having pain in, feet, ankles, knees, hips, radiculopathy in lumbar, thoracic, cervical spine, neck, jaw, poly neuropathy, carpal tunnel, fibromyalgia, Raynaud's pain, osteoporosis, IBS, sjogren's syndrome, subacromial bursitis, neuralgia, osteoarthritis, tendonitis....I would have to sell my house, and then some, for these items. So I figure, I will not have to worry about any returns.
I'd say build a bridge and get over it! It's compression wear, not a medical cure of all ailments! Sounds like you'll have to sell your house anyway...

Don't give up
Ice for 20 minutes with a real ice pack
Then rest ten minutes
Then use a moist heating pad on the sore area for 20 minutes
If you do this especially before going to bed it will help
Also buy Epsom salt at any store and put 2 cups in a very hot bath then soak in it making sure your arms are in the water
Try to stay in 45 mins.
The magnesium in the Epsom salt will help your pain.
It's not as instant as a pain pill and it takes patience and doing it several times but it will help
