About TLS Hair
TLS Hair, found online at TLSHair.com, is a new nutritional supplement which claims that people who are tired of dealing with their frail and thinning hair will be able to “finally grow thick and luscious hair.”
How Does It Work?
According to multiple different sources, including the TLS Hair website and the Mayo Clinic, the majority of women will suffer from hair loss at some point in their lives. Oftentimes the reason for this hair loss is known, whether it is due to advancing age, pregnancy, an extreme period of stress, or to a diagnosed medical condition.
People who are suffering from significant hair loss and don’t understand why should speak to their doctor before seeking out a treatment, as unexpected hair loss can often be a symptom of an underlying problem.
However, people who are suffering from minimal or moderate hair thinning or loss and are hoping to find a solution have a wide variety of options. TLS Hair is a nutritional supplement that promises to help people grow thicker, fuller, and stronger hair with “a fantastic success rate,” as well as providing benefits to the growth and strength of your eyelashes and your fingernails.
Ingredients and Side Effects
Unfortunately the TLS Hair website does not currently publish any information about their ingredients, nor any information regarding side effects. Their website does link to four different studies reporting on various ingredients and their effectiveness, specifically niacin derivatives, serum ferritin, biotin, and various proteins.
All these studies have shown that these ingredients – used separately and in specific ways with specific dosages – have been shown to have some positive impact on hair growth and hair strength, but the website does not say that TLS Hair is using these ingredients in the manner or dosages that have been recommended. In fact, in the case of niacin derivatives, the study was conducted with a topical product and TLS Hair is an ingested supplement, so this study would not be relevant to this product.
Currently this product is available to be purchased for just a Shipping and Handling price of $4.95, which will get you a 14 day trial period with their supplement. Customers who are unhappy with this product should cancel their enrollment during the trial period to receive no further charges.
Customers who like this product and wish to keep it should do nothing, and at the end of the fourteen day trial they will be charged the full purchase price of $84.47 at that time, and every 30 days thereafter when they receive their new shipment.
Whenever a company “forces” you to engage in a trial period of their product without giving you the option to order the product outright, that’s often a sign that customers should make every effort to cancel their autoship enrollment during the trial period, because it may be difficult to return later products for a refund.
That being said, the website does say that they provide a 30 day return and refund period to customers who have entered their autoship program and are unhappy with one of their monthly shipments.
Customer Service Contact Info
Customers who would like to contact Customer Service with any questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by phone at 800-610-4796 or by traditional mail at 14603 East Moncrieff Place, Unit 100, Aurora, CO 80011.
Unfortunately there are many customers who report being very unhappy with this company. The complaints range from an inability to cancel their order, to difficulty getting refunds, to basic complaints that the product simply doesn’t work.
Competitors and Alternatives?
Likely the most popular and well known ingredient available over the counter is Minoxdil, the active ingredient in Rogaine. Minoxidil is currently the only FDA approved medication for female hair loss available without a prescription, and it is available at most local drugstores.
People who are not interested in using this product for whatever reason have other options as well. There are other nutritional supplements which make the same claims as TLS Hair, like Hairfinity, Hair Formula 37, Hair Essentials for Hair Growth, and then there are options that don’t claim to “fix” thinning hair, but rather disguise it, like Toppik or KeraFiber.

The site claimed to be offering a free sample and all you had to do was pay the postage of $6.49. I was then charged an extra $68 to my account on the same day I paid the postage fee. Four days later i was charged $2.49 to another company i had never heard of called rare luck. When i contacted rare luck they said i had signed up for a subscription when i bought the sample from tls website.
Total scam I never give into these but saw the "$5" try
& never saw the 14 day trial. I am agreeing with the above comments I wish I would had looked into this & read the comments above from this bad company. I called & the he said he would give a discount of the $87 charged so ya they do make up their own rules. DO NOT GIVE THIS company a try they'll screw u..
This product does not work I was charged was given a refund then they took it out again from my bank refused to give a refund back I agree with the previous comment that the people are rude would not let me talk to a manager I guess the better business bureau will be contacted for the fraudulent activity
SCAM!!! Do NOT get this product!!!
No ratings for this. I forgot to cancel my trial before the 14 days were up so I checked my statement and seen I had been charged the full amount. When I called to ask about my account and have it canceled the operators were rude, trying to rush me off the phone and when I asked if I was getting a refund she said no so I asked why and she said," hold on while I transfer you", but all she did was hang up. It just was really weird how they handled things....worst customer service and on top of that>>>product doesn't even work. My first 2 doses had me feeling nauseous and just didn't make me feel right at all. My hairs been growing before I even tried this product, I guess you can say, I was really just interested in how tls hair really worked. It doesn't...maybe for lazy people who don't eat right and exercise but this product was a complete waste of time and money.
Trial is for 15 days not 30. In fact, it may be less time because they make up their own rules as they go along. I cancelled on the 16th day from shipment and they charged me $94.30 just the same. Pills did nothing for my hair and I'm in my 30's with no health issues. Very rude attendant on the phone. Merchant is oversees so you will be charged more from your card for "abroad" merchant fees. DO NOT GET THESE. Buy MSM and Biotin and they will do the same thing.
