About TicketNetwork.com

TicketNetwork.com is the online home of Ticket Network, Inc, a company who says their goal is to be the leading online exchange for people hoping to buy tickets to concerts, sports, and theater events around the globe.

How Does It Work?

According to their website, Ticket Network was founded in 2002 and launched as a website in 2007 for the purposes of helping fans and audience members around the country find the tickets they need for the events they wish to see.

All the tickets that are listed on their website are listed by “professional ticket-selling companies and trusted ticket sellers.” Because they do work with personal ticket sellers, their website says they are the place to go in order to find tickets for sold out or hard to find events.

Cost/Price Plans

Because this website specializes in tickets for so many different kinds of events and from so many different kinds of vendors, the prices that customers will find here will not only vary widely, but may even change from day-to-day as the event approaches.

Customers do need to realize, however, that because this website sells tickets to live events they are considered “one-of-a-kind” items and therefore are not replaceable and cannot be exchanged or cancelled.

If the event itself is cancelled and then rescheduled, your original tickets will still be honored and if tickets need to be re-issued you will be alerted. If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will need to contact the seller of the tickets directly, as TicketNetwork.com is a facilitator and not a direct seller in many cases.

Refund Policy

The website has two different policies which may apply depending on your circumstances. First they offer their 200% Guarantee, which states that their customers will be eligible for a 200% refund if your order was never delivered by the seller, if your order was not delivered in time for an event, or if the tickets you were sent were deemed not valid for entry.

They also offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee which their customers may be eligible for if their event is cancelled and not rescheduled.

As mentioned above, outside of these specific instances, the general policy of TicketNetwork.com is that there are not any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Reputation

At this time, it appears that TicketNetwork.com has mixed reviews, but finding reviews for this company is problematic, as many of the reviewers are not actually reviewing the ticket service itself but rather the quality of the event they went to. This company has no control over the quality of the event you attend, or the quality of the venue that you attend.

That being said, some of the complaints were about the price of the tickets they purchased relative to what the cost of the seats should have been and the fact that customers felt they had been taken advantage of. Unfortunately, this can often depend on the seller because this website can facilitate so many different sellers.

The bottom line appears to be that as a ticket vendor, this website’s policies are very standard for the industry and there does not appear to be a reputation of fraud.

Competitors and Alternatives?

There are many, many other ticket brokers on the market, not the least of which is Ticket Master, but which also includes Goldstar.com, StubHub.com, CrowdSeats.com, Ticketgum.com, and many others.

SCAM

May12, 2019

I paid $180.00 for two PARKING PASSES. I attempted to buy two last minute TICKETS to killswitch engage in Philadelphia. I surmise that at the last moment before clicking "confirm my order" that the fine print indicated that the tickets were actually parking passes instead of GA tickets to the show. Customer service did nothing. I was "credited" $90.00 as a "courtesy.... I missed the show, and essentially paid $210.00 for parking if I include the $30.00 I paid for the actual parking pass when I arrived at the show. FUCK YOU ticketnetwork.com #dieslow
