TicketLiquidator.com is the online home of Ticket Liquidator, a company who says that they aim to be a “one-stop shop” for finding tickets to “the hottest shows, the gotta-see games and the events that everyone’s talking about.”
How Does It Work?
According to their website, TicketLiquidator.com was founded in order to help people find tickets to the most prestigious events in the country, often when they are sold out. To do this, they have created a nationwide market that is able to tap into an online inventory of tickets for sports, theater, or concert tickets.
Their website says that they vet and rank all their independent sellers to make sure they are qualified and trustworthy, so they can guarantee their customers that all tickets they purchase will be legitimate, arrive in time for the event, and be the exact tickets your ordered or comparable alternatives, in addition to being some of the most affordable tickets you can find on the secondhand market.
Because this website specializes in tickets for so many different kinds of events and from so many different kinds of vendors, the prices that customers will find here will not only vary widely, but may even change from day-to-day as the event approaches.
TicketLiquidator.com does say that the prices and fees on their website are non-negotiable because they work together with independent ticket sellers and they do not set their ticket prices. However, part of the fee you pay will be a fee assessed by Ticket Liquidator.
This fee tends to be around 25% of the total ticket price. This fee “pays for website maintenance, billing security, customer support, and the software system that enables sellers to upload and efficiently manage their ticket inventory (which allows for lower ticket prices).” Their website says that some ticketing services hide this fee into the overall price of their tickets, but they prefer to provide their customers with full price transparency.
First, if the event itself is cancelled and then rescheduled, your original tickets will still be honored and if tickets need to be re-issued you will be alerted. Because of this, an event postponement does not entitle customers to a refund of their ticket purchase, and all event cancellations will be considered a postponement until a complete cancellation is officially announced.
Events which are cancelled, including never played sporting events, do entitle customers to a full refund of their order total, minus the cost of shipping. Since ticket sellers are the ones who charge customer credit cards, they are responsible for the refund and customers should contact the seller directly. The website says that customers should know that some sellers may require customers to return their event tickets before a refund is issued.
The website does also offer their customers a 200% Guarantee, which states that all tickets you purchase through their website will be legitimate tickets that are the same, equal, or better value of what was originally requested, and they will be valid for entry. All tickets will be delivered before the event itself, and if the event is permanently cancelled, you will receive a refund.

At this time, it appears that TicketLiquidator.com does have some mixed reviews, which is not uncommon for ticket sellers, but in general it does appear that this website has a good reputation within the secondary ticket community.
