About The Rainbow Juice Cleanse

The Rainbow Juice Cleanse is a detox and cleanse program available from Dr. Ginger Southall, who claims that this is a revolutionary program that uses “a rainbow of vegetables” to kick start weight loss and improve health.

How Does It Work?

According to their website, most juicing books rely on juices made using high-sugar fruits, which can actually cause problems for people looking to detox or lose weight. Dr. Ginger’s Rainbow Juice Cleanse, on the other hand, relies on the “rainbow” of vegetables available to us, to give users a cleanse program which will help them shed pounds, gain energy, and even experience anti-aging benefits in just seven days, if they choose.

There are actually three different cleanse options for customers to choose between. The first is the Two Week Warm Up, which is designed to allow you to slowly begin overhauling your diet, changing your bad habits, and incorporating the Rainbow Juice Cleanse into your daily schedule with just one juice each day as a snack or a meal replacement.

The One Week Rev Up is a faster transition, and has users utilizing only the Rainbow Cleanse juices and their special recipes according to a specific schedule which offers juice only days, as well as days where you eat whole foods according to their guidelines.

Finally you can choose to simply do the 7 Day Rainbow Juice Cleanse directly, where you will only consume their Rainbow Cleanse juices for seven full days, with the first four days prior to and after the cleanse requiring that you have a combination of juices and foods approved by them, to ensure the best reaction from your body during the cleanse itself.

Cost/Price Plans

Currently this program is priced at $21.99 through The Rainbow Juice Cleanse website, and includes more than fifty different juice and food recipes, as well as the 7 Day Fat Funeral Detox Nutrition Bootcamp and the Vitamin Robbers Report. All orders made through their website will include free shipping.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately the website does not provide any information about guarantees, refunds, returns, or exchanges. In fact, the website for this product does not provide their customers with a Terms and Conditions of any kind, so customers who are worried about the ability to successfully receive a refund may not want to purchase this item through this specific website, but rather through a third party retailer that does provide a Refund Policy, like Amazon.com.

Customer Service Contact Info

Customers who would like to contact Customer Service with any questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by submitting them directly to their website through the Contact link they provide.

Reputation

There are very few reviews available for this specific book and cleanse plan. However, there is a lot of available information online about juice cleanses and detox diets, much of it conflicting and much of it controversial, and covered by sources including the Wall Street Journal, WebMD, CNN.com, and many others.

If you read through the vast amount of literature on this subject, two things are fairly clear – there has been no officially studies nor any real scientific evidence showing that cleanses and detox diets are beneficial in the long run. Most health benefits users experience are brief and short lived, and if people are restricting calories for too long or while they are suffering from medical conditions or taking prescription medication, you can actually do serious harm to your body.

But, if you are someone who eats a diet with a lot of fast food, fried foods, saturated fats, processed foods, and sugars, doing a short juice cleanse may be a personal step toward jump starting better and healthier eating habits and the road to weight loss.

Dr. Ginger’s plan is at least focused on juicing vegetables and not fruits, and includes recipes including whole foods for people who do not want to commit to a complete juice cleanse. But the lack of a Refund Policy may suggest that customers should order it from a third party retailer that does offer a policy, in case they don’t like what they receive.

Competitors and Alternatives?

As mentioned above, the juicing and detoxing trend has been very popular for a while now, and as such there are many different products out there in this market, including Organic Juice Cleanse, Vimax Detox, Regula Rx Intensive Colon Cleanse, Advanced Cleanse Plus Aloe, and many others.
