There are four different billing packages that customers can choose from. The first is their Month-to-Month option, which will cost $15.00 per month and is billed monthly. Customers can also choose to be billed quarterly, which will result in $14.50 per month, or $43.50 billed every 90 days.
The website says their most popular option is the bi-annual option, which costs $14.00 per month, or $84.00 billed every six months, and finally they also offer a yearly subscription, which costs $13 per month and is billed annually at $156.00. Shipping is always free.
TackleGrab.com does not provide a standard Refund Policy that is applicable to all situations. Instead, they ask that if you are unhappy with anything you receive, please contact their Customer Service team by email and they promise they will respond to you.
If you do receive a product with which you are truly unsatisfied or that is defective, ship it back to Tackle Grab to be evaluated by their quality control department. If they determine that the product is in fact defective, you will either be shipped a replacement or your money will be refunded.
At the end of the day however, all refunds, exchanges, and store credits at provided at the sole discretion of the company.
