The Superscreen is a new product being crowdfunded on Kickstarter.com that promises to give their customers a new way to experience the digital world that they have on their smartphone.
How Does It Work?
According to their website, the Superscreen has been designed to do everything that tablets can do and everything that a casting product can, all while conforming to everything your phone can do in one single device.
The Superscreen mobile application can be easily downloaded to your phone and then used to sync the two devices together. Once the two are connected, Superscreen will give you full control of your smartphone’s operating system and you will be able to use it exactly as you use your phone.
Because this device has a 2 MP front camera and a 5 MP back camera customers will be able to use it along with their favorite applications, like Snapchat or Skype, and save any photos they take to the memory on their phone.
Unfortunately this product is not yet available for sale on the open market at this time, as they are still in process of crowdfunding on their Kickstarter page. Their crowdfunding page says that people are able to purchase a single Superscreen for just $119 during the campaign, which is a discount off the eventual retail price of $299.
According to their crowdfunding page, it seems as though this product will begin being shipped to crowdfunding donators during December of 2017, though these dates may change in the future.
Because this product is not yet actually being sold on the open market, they also do not appear to have any kind of published Refund Policy available for their customers at this time. Hopefully once their product actually begins being delivered to customers that participated in their crowdfunding campaign in the Winter of 2017, they will begin publishing these important policies, but until then customers will need to contact their Customer Service team with any questions they have regarding refunds.
Customer Service Contact Info
Customers who would like to contact Customer Service with any questions, concerns, or complaints can do so by submitting them directly to them by using the Ask A Question link at the bottom of the Kickstarter page.
Because this company has not actually yet made this product available on the open market, there is no way to know how well it will fulfill all of the promises it has made to its consumers, but the few reviews which are available on tech websites say that this is a basic input output device that pairs with your phone, so it seems fair to assume that it will be able to fulfill its potential.
Competitors and Alternatives?
As mentioned above, this product is intended to do the work that can be done by either a tablet or a casting device, depending on what you are using it for, so customers who are looking for alternatives simply need to determine what functions they really need before finding the right product for their needs.

1 ‘Superscreen’ Review
Initial posts from the company indicated that project was going well. In fact, in July (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/brentmorgan/superscreen/posts/1917196) they announced, "Our first pilot run of hardware is coming off of the assembly lines and we are testing it now!".
The very next month (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/brentmorgan/superscreen/posts/1973941), they announced, "...our shipping date must be rescheduled and pushed back to the end of 2018...".
This announcement in August came (coincidentally) after the VISA charge back limit. It also comes the same day that their trademark application was officially abandoned (https://trademarks.justia.com/871/58/super-87158233.html). If you read through the comments (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/brentmorgan/superscreen/posts/1973941), you will see page after page after page of unhappy backers seeking a refund.
