About StudentLoansForgiven.org

StudentLoansForgiven.org is a website which says that their goal is to help people saddled with expensive student loans utilize government offered programs that can help them lower or even stop their payments.

How Does It Work?

According to their website, the Federal government offers programs that will forgive the balance of certain student loans that have reached a qualifying number of monthly payments. Other programs will allow users to lower their payments based on their current income, so the payments are more reasonable.

StudentLoanForgives.org does not actually provide this service for you. Rather, they will provide your information to other organizations that can help you utilize these programs. To connect you with these organizations, your phone number and email address will be released to these companies and they will be authorized to contact you by phone and email.

Cost/Price Plans

Using this website is completely free, as they do not actually provide any services to you directly. This does not mean that the organizations they connect you with will also be free - users should ask these companies directly about their fees and charges.

Refund Policy

Since this company does not charge users directly for using their website, they do not offer a Refund Policy. Customers who are concerned should ask the organizations they speak with later directly whether or not they have a Guarantee or Refund Policy.

Customer Service Contact Info

Customers who would like to contact their Customer Service team with questions, concerns, or complaints can do so using one of two published phone numbers, either 888-929-2952 or 888-680-8686.

Reputation

Unfortunately there are not many user reviews available for this website at this time. However, customers should be aware that this website is a service that is just acting as a marketing tool for other, undisclosed companies.

Customers who are not interested in having their information shared with companies for marketing and advertising purposes may want to think twice about using this service. Interested users may want to look at the government sites for Forgiveness and Lowered Payments.

Competitors and Alternatives?

No doubt that since the government announced its desire to help student loan borrowers manage their loans in different ways there will be a growth in websites just like StudentLoansForgiven.org - interested parties should probably just contact the government agencies directly for information and assistance.
