Refund Policy
Their website does say that every product you order at Spreadshirt is individual item that has been specifically manufactured for you.
When an item is returned to their store, it can’t be resold to other customers, which is why they go through a rigorous confirmation and approval process before your order is submitted.
However, if you are still unhappy with your order for any reason, this company still offers a 30 Day Return Guarantee, which states that customers can contact their Customer Service team to receive a return Order ID and arrange to return your product.
When you return your product, you will have three different options. You will be able to exchange your order for a new product, exchange it for a voucher to be redeemed in a future order, or a refund of the product cost as long as the product was not specifically designed for you.

FAR FROM A GOOD DEAL
CANADIANS BEWARE of the Very High Customs and broker Fees.
This is not a Canadian Company as they seem to claim, like other shirts companies they have a .CA version of their site. THE ITEMS ARE NOT SHIPPED FROM CANADA.
You will be HIT by some VERRY hefty custom fees.
For a 200$ order I was charged an additional 90$ As they stated in the checkout there could be some custom fees, but it is very easy to miss.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS IF YOU ARE SHIPPING TO CANADA, you will be VERY Upset, just like Lots of people on here.
spreadshirt.com SHOULD NOT SELL TO CANADIANS. And their spreadshirt.ca site should be shut down, it is devious and misleading.
When I called them, the lady was borderline Rude. And was not helpful at all.
This website screws over artists
I sell hoodies on spreadshirt with my own hand drawn high quality art on it.
When a customer buys a £35 hoodie off my page on spreadshirt, wanna know how much i make?
£6.
They keep £29 of a £35 profit, and IM the one making all the artwork. Thats like how Not only that but several paydays have gone by and they never gave me my payments
Spreadshirt is the "hey, we are the easiest option so pick us!" of selling merchandise online. Easy as it may be to start an online shop with them, its even easier for them to screw you over, i bet other small artists feel the same way.
Take a hike, join redbubble or literally any other site.

Lie and deception
Scam!!! I will tell the story of earnings on one of foreign printshopa - spreadshirt. I want to save your time that you did not spend it in empty there and you were impudently deceived.
I loaded there designs which according to the license are resolved to commercial use. I earned 24 dollars in 3 months of work. To a reporting date had to remove 24 dollars. I was fed 2 months with breakfasts that a problem in my tax form, a payment error. As a result they were humiliated by me, I removed the works from there and I will warn responsible people everywhere about what wastebasket this website. There never go. If who doubts, write me on mail, I to EVERYONE AND ANY will send proofs all necessary.
